Marabu Airlines is offering a rare opportunity for enthusiastic, service-minded individuals to join our team as Junior Cabin Crew Members. Based in Hamburg, Nuremberg, or Leipzig, you'll become part of a fresh and modern leisure airline that's redefining travel across Germany with our fuel-efficient Airbus A320 NEO fleet.
This role is specifically designed for people who do not currently hold an active EASA Cabin Crew Attestation. If you've been waiting for a chance to break into aviation, this is it. Full training will be provided, and no prior flying experience is required.
A Few Important Details Before You Apply
Training begins in July 2026, so please only apply if you are genuinely available to start at that time. Be sure to submit your CV and Cover Letter in English. If you're open to more than one base location, simply mention your preference in your cover letter.
What You'll Be Doing Onboard?
As a Junior Cabin Crew Member, you'll be the warm, reassuring presence that makes our guests feel at ease from the moment they step aboard. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:
- Keeping Safety First: You'll learn and follow all onboard safety procedures with care and precision, because nothing matters more than peace of mind for our guests and your team.
- Bringing Genuine Hospitality: You'll create a welcoming atmosphere that's warm, enthusiastic, and authentic—making every passenger feel seen, valued, and comfortable throughout their journey.
- Delivering Exceptional Service: With a natural attention to detail and an intuitive sense for what guests need, you'll go beyond the basics to create a premium experience they'll remember.
- Engaging with Inflight Shopping: You'll confidently introduce our onboard shopping options, sharing product knowledge in a relaxed, personal way that feels helpful rather than pushy.
- Being a Trusted Resource: From answering questions to resolving small concerns, you'll be the go-to person guests can rely on for a smooth, hassle-free flight.
- Thriving in a Team: You'll work alongside different crews regularly, adapting easily and contributing to a supportive, harmonious environment where everything flows naturally.
What We're Looking For?
This role is open to candidates who meet the following requirements. Please read carefully:
- Age: At least 18 years old
- Passport: A valid passport with no travel restrictions
- Right to Work: You must have the legal right to live and work in Germany and the EU
- Height: Minimum 158 cm
- Education: Completed secondary education
- Languages: Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
- Physical Requirements: Medically fit for the role, able to swim unassisted, and capable of obtaining an EASA health certificate
- Commute: You must be able to reach your home base airport within 60 minutes at any time
- Background: A clean criminal record
