Requirements
The successful candidate must be at least 18 years old and have completed secondary education, with fluency in written and spoken German and English. The role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, empathy, a strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. A minimum height of 158 cm is required, along with the ability to swim unassisted and the capability to obtain a health certificate in accordance with EASA Regulations. In addition to holders of a German passport, applicants with valid passports from other EU member states are also welcome to apply. Candidates must be able to reach the airport of their home base within 60 minutes at any time and must have no criminal record.
