This is your opportunity to start an exciting career in aviation, even if you’ve never flown before. No previous cabin crew experience or EASA Cabin Crew Attestation is required—we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing?
As one of our Junior Cabin Crew members, you’ll play a vital role in bringing the Marabu spirit to life on every flight. You’ll combine safety, service, and personality to create a welcoming atmosphere that makes every guest feel at home above the clouds.
Here’s what your typical day might look like:
- Safety First: You’ll make sure all onboard safety standards are followed precisely, ensuring every passenger can relax knowing they’re in good hands.
- Warm Hospitality: With your friendly and caring nature, you’ll turn every flight into a pleasant experience where guests feel truly valued.
- Outstanding Service: You’ll anticipate passenger needs, offer refreshments with a smile, and maintain the premium standard our travelers expect.
- Engaging Sales: You’ll present our inflight products confidently and naturally—turning shopping into a personal, enjoyable experience for guests.
- Reliable Support: You’ll be the reassuring presence passengers rely on from boarding to landing, always ready to help or offer a calm solution.
- Team Harmony: You’ll work closely with fellow crew members, adapting to new teams and flights while keeping every operation smooth and enjoyable.
What We’re Looking For?
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Completed secondary education
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
- Strong communication skills, empathy, reliability, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Medically fit and able to swim without assistance
- Minimum height of 158 cm
- Eligible for an EASA medical certificate and able to pass background checks
- Reside within 60 minutes of your assigned base (Nuremberg or Hamburg)
