Breeze Airways is on the lookout for dedicated and highly committed Part-Time Flight Attendants to join its TPA Crew, based in Tampa. Candidates must reside within a two-hour driving distance from Tampa International Airport. As a Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of Guests and fellow Team Members, welcoming and accommodating passengers, handling high-stress situations, and working collaboratively to find solutions. You’ll serve as the face of the company by embodying Breeze’s Five Core Values – Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

As a Flight Attendant, you are responsible for delivering an exceptional and welcoming experience to all Guests by assisting with seating, stowing belongings, and offering support throughout the flight while remaining approachable and attentive. You are expected to maintain a calm and kind demeanor, especially under pressure, ensuring that all Guests feel valued, respected, and safe. Your duties include maintaining cabin cleanliness, preparing and serving meals and beverages with high hygiene standards, and conducting safety demonstrations and emergency instructions. You will be trained to administer first aid, perform security screenings, and manage stressful situations with professionalism and emotional control. Collaboration with fellow team members is essential to ensure smooth operations, and flexibility is key as schedules may change due to operational or weather-related delays. You must remain compliant with FAA regulations and company policies, uphold a professional appearance, and be comfortable with Breeze’s inflight technology. Additionally, you may assist other departments when needed and are required to complete specialized training, such as Autism Awareness. All responsibilities must be carried out in alignment with Breeze Aviation Group’s core values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.

Candidates must be service-oriented with the ability to serve beverages, present a neat and well-groomed appearance, and maintain the highest possible hygiene standards as outlined by the CDC. Nose piercings are acceptable if they meet company guidelines—only a single 2mm or smaller nose stud in silver, gold, or gemstone is allowed, with no hoops or other facial piercings permitted. Teeth embellishments are not allowed in uniform, and no more than two earrings per ear are permitted. Tattoos may be visible while in uniform if they comply with Breeze’s guidelines, which will be shared during the selection process. Candidates must meet minimum height requirements to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance, and not exceed maximum height for adequate head clearance in the cabin. They must be able to sit and fasten the E190, E195, and A220 jumpseat seatbelt harness and lap belt, pass vision and hearing tests, and successfully complete security screening training. A DOT pre-employment drug test and a TSA fingerprint-based criminal history records check, along with a Breeze background check, are mandatory. A valid passport with at least six months remaining is required, along with the legal right to work in the U.S. and travel without restriction to and from the United States. Candidates must be willing to relocate if needed based on operational demands, work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours if required, and report to their assigned base as scheduled. They must be able to work reserve assignments and possess a self-starting attitude with a strong desire for success.
