What You'll Be Doing?
As a Cabin Crew member with China Eastern Airlines, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our passengers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering premium in-flight service with warmth and professionalism
- Working closely with all crew members to ensure seamless operations
- Ensuring strict compliance with cabin safety regulations at all times

Qualifications & Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Eligibility
- Native Spanish or Italian speaker with full work authorization
Education
- Bachelor's degree or above (no restriction on major fields)
Age
- Bachelor's degree holders: under 25 years old (born on or after January 1, 2001)
- Postgraduate degree holders: under 28 years old (born on or after January 1, 1998)
Height
- Female: 163 cm – 175 cm
- Male: 173 cm – 185 cm
Appearance & Health
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor
- No visible scars or tattoos
- Free from color blindness or color vision deficiency
Language Skills
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is an advantage
Personal Qualities
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Service-oriented mindset
- Patient and excellent team player
Other Requirements
- No adverse records
- Commitment to aviation service standards and professional ethics
Employment Qualification Criteria
To be successfully employed, candidates must:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or above (degrees from Chinese mainland universities must be verified by CHSI; degrees from outside the Chinese mainland must be verified by CSCSE; all verification documents must include a valid QR code)
- Pass all unified assessments and interviews conducted by China Eastern Airlines
- Meet the medical standards specified in the latest Implementation Rules for Civil Aviation Medical Examination Standards issued by CAAC
- Pass background checks for flight crew personnel
- Complete mandatory cabin crew training and supervised line training
- Obtain a valid endorsement on the CAAC Cabin Crew Training Certificate
Upon successful assessment, candidates will sign a direct labor contract with China Eastern Airlines.
