Role and Responsibilities
As a Flight Attendant at Voluxis, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our clients while delivering an exceptional travel experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional bespoke customer service with the ability to anticipate client needs and an attention to detail that is second to none
- Maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times—confidentiality is paramount
- Organizing stock and cabin so the aircraft is always ready for last-minute charters
- Maintaining a clean and organized cabin environment that reflects our commitment to excellence
- Adhering to company policies and regulations at all times
What We're Looking For?
This role demands a professional with significant experience and a genuine passion for luxury service. To be considered, you should have:
- At least 5 years of corporate aviation experience (essential)
- Experience in planning menus and sourcing catering for discerning clients
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality is a strong asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think "outside the box" for unexpected situations
- Ability to use your own initiative when necessary
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a team player mentality
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work irregular hours, sometimes at short notice, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Skills:
- CPR and First Aid certification
