Your Role: Deliver Excellence at Every Turn
As a Q400 Cabin Crew member, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers while adhering to strict safety protocols before, during, and after takeoff
- Providing exceptional onboard services—from welcoming passengers to serving food and beverages with professionalism and care
- Answering passengers' questions and addressing their needs with patience and efficiency
- Enforcing safety measures and ensuring all passengers are informed of emergency procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming cabin environment throughout every flight
Essential Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Education: University Degree (Bachelor's or Diploma)
- Age Group: 20–35 years
- Language: Fluent in written and spoken English
- Experience: More than 2 years' experience as Cabin Crew
- Training: Trained in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures for the Q400 aircraft
- Height Requirements:
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male)
- Must be able to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes
- Weight: In proportion to height
- Swimming Ability: Able to swim with the aid of a flotation device
- Medical Fitness: Medically and physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties
