Your Mission: Guardian of the Falcon Experience
As a vital member of our crew, you will be the face of Falcon Aviation in the cabin. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the highest standards of safety and passenger comfort from pre-flight checks through to arrival. You will create a welcoming environment, provide attentive in-flight service, and handle every situation with poise and professionalism. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Upholding and enforcing all safety and security protocols before, during, and after flight, ensuring an uncompromisingly safe environment.
- Providing gracious and efficient in-flight services, including the delivery of food and beverages, to ensure a smooth and pleasant journey.
- Acting as a knowledgeable and approachable point of contact for passengers, answering questions and addressing needs with clarity and care.
- Maintaining meticulous attention to cabin readiness, supplies, and overall presentation.
- Working seamlessly as part of a close-knit cabin team to anticipate needs and solve any challenges that arise during flight.
We Are Looking for a Professional Who Meets These Essential Criteria:
- Between 20 and 35 years of age.
- A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent Diploma.
- Full professional fluency in written and spoken English.
- A minimum of 2 years of direct experience as Cabin Crew.
- Certified training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures specific to the Dash 8 Q400 aircraft.
- A minimum height of 160 cm (Female) or 168 cm (Male), with the ability to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Weight proportionate to height.
- The ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device.
- In excellent medical and physical health, fully fit to perform all cabin crew duties.
