We’re currently looking for professional, service-oriented Cabin Crew to join our Flight Operations department and represent our brand with confidence, care, and commitment.
As a Cabin Crew member on our Q400 fleet, you’ll be the face of Falcon onboard — ensuring every flight is safe, comfortable, and memorable for our passengers. You’ll manage all aspects of inflight service, from passenger safety briefings to meal service, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor throughout every phase of the journey.

What You’ll Do?
- Ensure the highest levels of passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout the flight.
- Deliver friendly, attentive, and personalized service that reflects Falcon’s hospitality standards.
- Conduct preflight safety checks and enforce all safety protocols in line with aviation regulations.
- Respond quickly and effectively to passenger needs, including medical and emergency situations.
- Serve meals and refreshments while maintaining a professional presentation.
- Collaborate with flight deck and ground teams to ensure smooth operations from boarding to arrival.
What We’re Looking For?
- Aged between 20 and 35 years.
- A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma from a recognized institution.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- 2+ years of experience as Cabin Crew, ideally on Q400 or similar aircraft.
- Fully trained in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures for Q400 operations.
- Minimum height: 160 cm (female) or 168 cm (male), with an arm reach of 212 cm on tiptoes.
- Weight proportional to height and overall medical and physical fitness to perform cabin duties.
- Ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device.
