    As a Contract Air Host(ess), you'll play a vital role in creating a comfortable, welcoming, and seamless onboard experience for passengers and crew. You'll work alongside experienced aviation professionals, ensuring every flight is executed with the highest standards of service and professionalism.

    What You'll Be Doing?

    Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding cabin service, ensuring passengers feel well cared for throughout their journey. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Providing passenger service as requested, directed, or needed—including ordering, preparing, and serving all food and refreshments to the highest standards
    • Assisting qualified crewmembers in the stowage of passenger baggage and boarding/seating of passengers
    • Assisting the flight crew as directed, supporting the smooth operation of each flight
    • Occupying the cockpit Jump Seat or a passenger seat for takeoff and landing, as briefed by the Pilot in Command (PIC)
    • Performing other duties as assigned—flexibility is key in this dynamic environment

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities We're Looking For

    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team—you're self-motivated but also collaborate effectively with others
    • CPR/First Aid/AED trained and certified—you're prepared to handle medical situations if they arise
    • Ability to remain professional in all situations and with all personality types—discretion and composure are essential
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills—you interact effectively with all levels of the company and its customers
    • Ability to remain calm in emergency situations—you stay composed under pressure
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information—discretion is paramount
    • Ability to work with frequent changes in procedures, directions, and schedules—adaptability is essential
    • Ability to work flexible, non-standard hours—private aviation operates on its own schedule

    Education and Work Experience

    To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

    • Minimum 2-year college degree desired—higher education is a plus
    • Minimum 2 years previous customer service experience—you understand what it takes to exceed expectations
    • Fluency in multiple languages desired—an asset in serving an international clientele
    • Completed Hazardous Material training and TSA 12-5 Security Program—essential for compliance
    • Completed Asset Training (12-months) for each aircraft to include:
      • Operation of the aircraft's cabin systems
      • Location, operations, and use of all aircraft emergency equipment
      • Recognizing and reporting aircraft surface contamination

    Physical Requirements

    This role requires physical capability to perform essential duties:

    • Occasional lifting of weights up to 30-40 pounds—you'll handle luggage and supplies
    • Ability to function in changing environmental conditions—cabin environments can vary
    • Ability to complete physical activities such as standing, sitting, walking, talking, and hearing to perform daily work functions
