The Essence of Your Role
You are the primary ambassador of the in-cabin experience, entrusted with ensuring every detail of the journey is seamless, personalized, and exceeds expectations. Working closely with our flight crew, you will manage the cabin environment with a focus on graceful hospitality, meticulous preparation, and unwavering professionalism.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing bespoke passenger service, including the planning, ordering, and artful presentation of all gourmet meals and refreshments tailored to guest preferences.
- Assisting the flight crew with guest boarding, the careful stowage of personal luggage, and ensuring passengers are comfortably seated.
- Supporting the Captain and First Officer as directed, occupying the jump seat or a cabin seat as briefed for takeoff and landing.
- Maintaining the highest standards of cabin readiness, presentation, and inventory.
- Adapting seamlessly to the dynamic needs of each flight and the individual requests of our passengers.
Who We Are Looking For?
We seek individuals who embody the Jet Linx standard of excellence—professional, polished, and profoundly dedicated to service. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a calm presence.
To excel in this role, you will have:
- An associate degree or higher (a 2-year college degree is strongly desired).
- Fluency in additional languages is a notable asset for serving our international clientele.
- A minimum of two years of refined customer service experience, ideally within luxury hospitality, private clubs, or fine dining.
- Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certification.
- Completed Hazardous Materials training and TSA 12-5 Security Program.
- Completed or the ability to complete our comprehensive Asset Training for specific aircraft, covering all cabin systems and emergency procedures.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the diplomacy to interact gracefully with high-profile individuals and team members alike.
- The ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exhibit unwavering professionalism in all situations.
- Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Remarkable composure and the ability to think clearly and act calmly in any circumstance.
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays, adapting to the variable schedule of private aviation.
Physical & Logistical Requirements:
- Capable of occasional lifting of items weighing 30-40 pounds.
- Able to perform all physical duties of the role, including standing, walking, and bending, and to adapt to changing environmental conditions (such as varying cabin temperatures and altitudes).
- Able to meet all FAA and company-required training and certification standards.
