Ready for Takeoff? Join Ryanair's Cabin Crew Team in Spain!

Ever dreamed of working across Europe while building an exciting career in aviation? Ryanair, Europe's largest airline group, is looking for enthusiastic, customer-loving people to join our Cabin Crew family. We have training courses kicking off this year in Barcelona, Madrid, Malaga, and Alicante—and we'd love for you to be part of it.

    No Experience? No Problem.

Here's the good news: you don't need any prior experience to apply. Our world-class training program is completely free and designed to give you every skill you'll need—from safety procedures to delivering that top-class inflight service our guests expect. Once you complete the course, you'll earn your Cabin Crew Wings and be ready to take to the skies.

    Where Could You Be Based?

You'll have the opportunity to operate from one of four fantastic Spanish bases:

    • Alicante
    • Barcelona
    • Madrid
    • Malaga

What Life as Ryanair Cabin Crew Looks Like?

Let's be real—this job is fun and rewarding, but it's also demanding. Safety is always our number one priority. You'll need to be comfortable working early and late shifts. Think reporting for duty as early as 5:00 AM on an early roster, or not getting home until midnight on an afternoon roster. If you're not a morning person, please think carefully before applying. But if you're customer-focused, energetic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.

    What You'll Need to Bring?

Before you apply, make sure you meet these requirements:

    • You have the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU, and can travel freely throughout the Ryanair network
    • Your height is approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm)
    • You can swim 25 meters unaided—and also support someone else in the water
    • You're hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and genuinely friendly
    • You're adaptable and happy working a shift roster
    • You enjoy working with the public and have a genuine "can-do" attitude when it comes to customer service
    • You're comfortable speaking and writing in English, and can successfully pass an English Language Assessment
    • You have a real passion for travel and meeting new people

A Quick Note on the Application Process

As part of your application, you'll need to complete a mandatory English proficiency test and a situational judgement test. Please don't skip these—failing to complete them will disqualify you from moving forward to the interview stage.

    The Perks You'll Love

Joining Ryanair comes with some seriously good benefits:

    • A free, internationally recognised Cabin Crew training course
    • A daily per diem of €28 while you're training
    • An uncapped sales bonus—the more you sell onboard, the more you earn
    • Unlimited, highly discounted Staff Travel across Ryanair's 250+ destinations
    • A fixed roster pattern, giving you certainty and stability
    • The adventure and experience of a lifetime, exploring new cultures and cities with your colleagues on days off
    • A free uniform in your first year, plus an annual allowance afterwards
    • The security of working for a financially stable airline
    • A direct or agency contract, depending on your base

    Your Career Path Starts Here
