    We’re currently looking for a Cabin Crew Brand Ambassador to join our Belgrade-based team — someone who can bring together cultural understanding, exceptional communication, and a passion for service. This role is perfect for candidates fluent in both Chinese and English, who can act as the bridge between our crew and our valued passengers.

    About the Role

    As a Cabin Crew Brand Ambassador, you’ll play a unique dual role onboard and on the ground — combining translation skills with the service excellence of a cabin crew professional. You’ll support passengers throughout their journey, ensuring smooth communication between our Chinese-speaking guests and our flight and ground teams. Whether helping in-flight, assisting in our premium lounge, or representing Air Serbia at international events, you’ll be a true ambassador of our brand and culture.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Communicate with passengers in Chinese and English, providing real-time translation for the cabin crew and Cabin Crew Leader during flights and in the lounge
    • When licensed, perform the full range of cabin crew duties in line with Air Serbia’s safety, service, and operational procedures
    • Act as the main point of contact for Chinese-speaking guests, ensuring every interaction reflects our warmth and professionalism
    • Support communication with ground teams in China to ensure a seamless travel experience
    • Assist the crew during special or emergency situations by providing clear, accurate translations
    • Help implement and adapt in-flight sales initiatives by supporting communication and cultural understanding
    • Contribute to Air Serbia’s marketing activities, including participation in travel fairs, cultural events, and brand campaigns targeting the Chinese market
    • Monitor trends and opportunities within the Chinese travel sector and share insights that can enhance Air Serbia’s market presence

    What You’ll Bring?

    • Secondary education (Level IV)
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
    • Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Completed cabin crew training, including Airbus A330 type rating
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in translation, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
    • A genuine passion for customer care, teamwork, and cross-cultural communication
