    Key Responsibilities:

    As a Cabin Crew Brand Ambassador, your responsibilities will be diverse and impactful, encompassing both direct passenger interaction and crucial operational support:

    • Linguistic Facilitation: Engaging with passengers in foreign languages, specifically Chinese and English, and providing simultaneous translation for cabin crew members and leaders during flights and for visitors in the premium lounge, ensuring clear and effective communication.
    • Dual Role Capability: When holding a valid cabin crew license and type rating for the aircraft, performing all duties of a cabin crew member in strict adherence to operator manuals and established procedures, prioritizing safety and service.
    • Operational Support (Translator/Brand Ambassador): In situations where a cabin crew member is not assigned, serving primarily as a translator and Brand Ambassador for the Cabin Crew Leader and Aircraft Leader, following safety and security instructions and respecting the operational hierarchy.
    • Problem Resolution & Service Excellence: Utilizing effective communication to assist in resolving issues for passengers, cabin crew members, and leaders, striving for satisfactory outcomes. Proactively anticipating passenger needs to deliver a high level of service that consistently exceeds expectations.
    • Safety Adherence (Non-Licensed): If not holding a valid cabin crew license or type rating, adhering to all safety and security procedures as other passengers onboard, maintaining awareness and compliance.
    • Ground Communication Support: Assisting the crew in communicating with ground services in China to ensure smooth flight processes and efficient ground operations.
    • Emergency & Delay Communication: Communicating promptly and clearly with passengers during emergency situations, unusual incidents, flight delays, adverse weather conditions, or turbulence, following instructions from the cabin crew leadership.
    • In-Flight Sales Support: Providing translation assistance and strategic input to cabin crew members for in-flight sales activities, ensuring adherence to service standards and sales procedures outlined in the Service Manual and company policies.
    • Marketing & Market Intelligence: Actively participating in company marketing initiatives and monitoring developments within the Chinese market to suggest relevant events (e.g., fairs, workshops) that could benefit Air Serbia.

    Requirements

    We are seeking a highly skilled and culturally aware professional with a strong foundation in both aviation and linguistics. To be considered for the Cabin Crew Brand Ambassador role, you must possess:

    • Education: A high school diploma (IV) or equivalent.
    • Language Proficiency:
      • English: Excellent active command of the English language.
      • Chinese: Excellent active command of the Chinese language, with at least one year of proven experience in translation work.
    • Aviation Certification: Completed training for cabin crew, specifically for the Airbus A330 aircraft type, demonstrating readiness for operational duties.
    • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in essential computer applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
