- Providing high-quality service and creating a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere onboard for every passenger
- Representing Air Astana with pride and professionalism in every interaction
What We're Looking For?
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Citizenship: Citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan (essential)
- Education: Secondary and/or vocational education
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and English at a good conversational level. Knowledge of additional languages is welcomed and will make you stand out
- Appearance: Presentable appearance with excellent grooming standards
- Health: Excellent health and medical fitness for cabin crew duties
- Personal Qualities: Strong communication skills, a high level of empathy, a genuine willingness to work with people, stress resistance, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience: Desirable (but not mandatory) experience in the service industry
- Height Requirements:
- Men: Not less than 170 cm
- Women: Not less than 165 cm
- Reach Requirement: For safety reasons and due to the regular renewal of our aircraft fleet, the minimum required reach height is 208 cm
