About the Role
As a Flight Attendant, you’ll represent the heart of our airline—ensuring that every passenger feels safe, cared for, and at ease from boarding to landing. Whether you’re helping a first-time flyer or welcoming back one of our regular guests, you’ll deliver the thoughtful, polished service that defines Air Astana.
Base Locations: Almaty and Astana
What You’ll Do?
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and crew throughout each flight.
- Deliver exceptional inflight service that reflects our brand values of care, respect, and reliability.
- Create a comfortable and welcoming cabin environment, paying attention to the small details that make a big difference.
- Respond calmly and effectively in any situation, maintaining professionalism under pressure.
Who We’re Looking For?
- Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Holders of secondary or vocational education.
- Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English at a conversational level (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
- Presentable, confident, and in excellent health.
- Strong communicators with empathy, adaptability, and a natural sense of teamwork.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or related fields is appreciated but not essential.
- Minimum height: 170 cm (men), 165 cm (women).
