What You'll Be Doing
As a Flight Attendant with Air Astana, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every passenger enjoys a safe, comfortable, and memorable journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the safety of passengers and crew throughout every phase of flight—safety is our number one priority
- Providing high-quality service and creating a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere onboard for every passenger
- Representing Air Astana with professionalism and pride in every interaction
What We're Looking For?
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
Citizenship & Documentation
- Citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan is essential
- Inclusion of a full-length photo in your resume is mandatory (please send in one file)
Education
- Secondary and/or vocational education
Language Skills
- Proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and English at a good conversational level
- Knowledge of additional languages is welcomed and will make you stand out
Physical Requirements
- Height: Men not less than 170 cm; women not less than 165 cm
- Reach Height: Minimum required reach height of 208 cm (due to safety requirements and regular fleet renewal)
- Excellent health—you must be medically fit for cabin crew duties

- Presentable appearance—you represent Air Astana to the world
- Communicativeness—you connect easily with people
- A high level of empathy—you genuinely care about others
- A willingness to work with people—you enjoy helping and serving
- Stress resistance—you remain calm and composed under pressure

Desirable (but not mandatory)
- Experience in the service industry—previous customer-facing roles are an advantage
