As a Cabin Attendant with ABS Jets, your role is multifaceted, encompassing both meticulous preparation and attentive in-flight service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating all pre-flight activities to ensure the aircraft cabin is impeccably prepared, including verifying the maintenance status of emergency equipment, ensuring pristine cleanliness, meticulously stocking the aircraft with all necessary provisions, and confirming accurate catering orders.
- Operating under the direct authority of the assigned Pilot in Command for all duties related to the scheduled trip, ensuring seamless coordination and adherence to flight directives.
- Strictly complying with all Federal Air Regulations (FARs) and company policies, maintaining the highest operational and safety standards.
- Ensuring passenger compliance with all regulatory requirements, conducting thorough briefings, and maintaining vigilance throughout the flight.
- Maintaining continuous proficiency and currency as a qualified crewmember, staying abreast of all operational updates and training requirements.
- Conducting comprehensive emergency and service briefings prior to each flight segment, and meticulously ensuring the cabin is fully secured before taxiing.
- Adhering to the General Operations Manual and all company policies and procedures, including the Travel & Entertainment Policy for Crewmembers.
- Providing the highest level of customer service to our Owners and charter passengers, greeting them warmly, confirming manifest accuracy, and cultivating a first-class environment by expertly preparing meals, attending to their needs, and maintaining an orderly cabin.
- Actively contributing to the company’s goals for safety, security, and quality through continuous compliance with the Safety Management System (SMS) program, and reporting any recommendations or non-compliance observations through appropriate processes.
Requirements
We are seeking a professional who is not only skilled but also possesses a genuine passion for service and a meticulous approach to their work. To be a successful candidate, you should meet the following requirements:
- Possess a high school diploma or a vocational certificate with a final exam.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in English and excellent command of the Czech language.
- While not strictly required, holding a valid Cabin Crew Attestation is an advantage. Comprehensive professional training will be provided to the successful candidate.
- Must not exceed a maximum height of 171 cm.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor, a presentable appearance, and excellent communication skills, essential for interacting with high-profile clientele.
- Possess familiarity with gastronomy, enabling you to expertly prepare and manage onboard catering, ensuring a delightful culinary experience.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and precision in all tasks.
- Be able to reach M. R. Štefánik Airport in Bratislava within 1.5 hours, ensuring timely arrival for duties.
