Join Network Aviation as a Cabin Crew Member in Perth!

Network Aviation, part of the Qantas Group, continues to grow across Western Australia's vast and diverse regions—and we're looking for enthusiastic Cabin Crew to help us deliver safe, warm and memorable journeys every single day. From Perth, you'll operate on our F100, A319 and A320 fleet, flying to destinations such as Busselton, Karratha and Broome, as well as supporting charter flights for FIFO workers and corporate travellers. It's a role that blends service, safety and adventure, with every roster bringing something different.

Before stepping onboard, you'll receive comprehensive cabin crew training designed to give you the confidence and skills to manage all aspects of inflight service and safety. By the time you start flying, you'll be fully prepared to handle everything from customer care to onboard security, ensuring passengers feel comfortable from take-off to landing.

    What You'll Be Doing?

In this role, you'll be one of the friendly faces representing Network Aviation. You'll deliver consistently high standards of service, anticipate what passengers need, and follow all safety procedures with care. Some travellers may be nervous flyers or come from diverse cultural backgrounds, so your empathy and ability to communicate clearly will be essential. Teamwork is also at the heart of the job—you'll collaborate closely with fellow crew to maintain a welcoming cabin, support one another, and keep the operation running smoothly. Professional presentation, attention to detail and commitment to safety will shape your everyday routine on board.

    What You Need to Bring?

    To be successful, you'll need:

    • To be at least 18 years old
    • Recent experience interacting directly with customers—whether in hospitality, retail, tourism or another service-focused environment
    • Meet the reach (212 cm) and height (maximum 186 cm) requirements
    • Be in excellent physical condition
    • Feel comfortable swimming and treading water confidently
    • Have (or be willing to obtain) First Aid, CPR and RSA certificates
    • Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia or New Zealand

Those who meet the criteria may be invited to attend our upcoming Assessment Centre in Perth.

Why Build Your Career with the Qantas Group?

When you join Network Aviation, you're not only becoming part of a respected regional airline—you're stepping into the broader Qantas family. The Group encourages creativity, growth and long-term career progression, offering opportunities across multiple business units. From the first day, you'll be supported through structured training, coaching and development pathways that allow you to sharpen your skills and discover new possibilities within the organisation. Many of our team members have gone on to explore roles across the wider Qantas network, from inflight leadership to ground operations and beyond.

You'll also enjoy access to an extensive employee benefits program. This includes generous staff travel, discounted international and domestic fares for you and your loved ones, flexible leave options, and wellbeing initiatives designed to support your physical and mental health. Through our partner network, you can enjoy savings across retail, lifestyle, food and wine, insurance, entertainment and more, plus access to salary packaging options.

    Ready to Join Our Team?

If you're ready to represent the Qantas Group in Western Australia and deliver exceptional experiences on every flight, we'd be excited to welcome you on board.
