About the Role
As a Vueling Cabin Crew Member, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted professional representing one of Europe’s leading airlines. You’ll ensure every passenger feels comfortable, cared for, and safe from boarding to landing. Through the Yellow Academy, we’ll train and guide you to deliver exceptional service, manage inflight operations, and handle any situation with confidence and poise.

What We’re Looking For?
We’re searching for people with energy, empathy, and a natural sense of service. Someone who knows how to make others feel comfortable and genuinely enjoys working with people from different cultures.
To join, you should meet the following criteria:
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Completed Baccalaureate or equivalent education
- Fluent in English (minimum B1 level) — other languages such as Spanish, French, or Italian are a plus
- Good personal presentation and a professional attitude
- Work permit for Spain and no criminal record
- Flexibility to relocate and work from any of Vueling’s Spanish bases
- Availability for varying schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Have not participated in a Vueling selection process within the past six months
