We are looking for candidates who are not only qualified but bring the right attitude and energy to our team. To be eligible for the Yellow Academy, you should meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Hold a minimum educational level of Baccalaureate or an equivalent diploma.
- Be fluent in both Spanish and English (at least a B1 level in each). Knowledge of Italian or French is a valued plus.
- Present a professional and tidy appearance.
- Possess a proactive, customer-focused attitude dedicated to delivering high-quality onboard service.
- Hold a valid work permit for Spain.
- Have a clean criminal record.
- Be geographically available and flexible to be based anywhere within our Spanish network.
- Have full flexibility to adapt to variable schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Important: You must not have participated in any Vueling selection process within the last six months.
