About the Role
As a Cabin Attendant, you’ll be the key point of comfort, safety, and discretion for our passengers. From fine dining and personalized service to safety briefings and emergency readiness, your role combines the art of hospitality with the responsibility of ensuring a seamless and secure travel experience. When not in the air, you’ll play a vital part in administrative duties, inventory management, and team coordination that keep our operation running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Working directly with the PIC and crew to coordinate every detail of the passenger experience
- Conducting preflight checks to make sure the cabin, galley, and emergency equipment are fully prepared
- Planning and delivering bespoke inflight catering, from sourcing to preparation to presentation
- Providing professional safety briefings, assisting in emergencies, and operating emergency equipment with confidence
- Assisting passengers with seating, luggage, children, and travelers with special needs
- Maintaining aircraft cleanliness, organization, bedding, and locker supplies
- Managing reports, expense accounts, passenger profiles, and post-flight documentation
- Sourcing vendors, stocking galley and lavatory essentials, and ensuring every trip is tailored to client expectations
- Supporting training or supervising contract crew when required
- Representing Jet Aviation with professionalism, discretion, and brand integrity
What We’re Looking For?
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma required (college degree preferred)
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a corporate or VIP flight attendant, including at least 2 years in high-end food service or culinary settings
- Corporate Cabin Attendant recurrent training (FlightSafety or equivalent)
- MedAire certification or CPR/AED equivalent
Preferred Qualities:
We’re seeking someone who brings more than just experience—you’ll need strong organizational skills, a calm presence under pressure, and the ability to supervise or train other flight attendants as needed. Project management experience is a plus, and a friendly, professional manner is essential to maintaining the warm yet discreet service our clients expect.
Physical Requirements:
This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility and stamina. You should be comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs overhead, standing for long periods, and moving easily through the cabin environment. Strong vision and attention to detail are essential.
