Elevate the Art of Private Flight: Experienced Cabin Attendant (Farmingdale, KFRG)

Jet Aviation is seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented Cabin Attendant to join our elite team at our Farmingdale (KFRG) operation. This role is designed for a true aviation professional who finds deep satisfaction in orchestrating flawless, personalized journeys within a dynamic, multi-aircraft environment. If you excel at anticipating needs, managing complex logistics with grace, and delivering bespoke service at 40,000 feet, we invite you to apply.

This is more than a service role—it's a position of total cabin ownership. You will be the key point of contact for our discerning clients, responsible for crafting an impeccable onboard experience from initial planning through to post-flight follow-up. You'll join a highly collaborative team that thrives on adaptability and excellence.

Your Mission: Seamlessness from Conception to Completion

As the steward of the cabin experience, your responsibilities extend far beyond the duration of the flight. You are the architect of each journey, ensuring every detail aligns perfectly with our owners' expectations and our uncompromising safety standards.

    Key responsibilities encompass:

    • Culinary & Service Curation: Plan, source, prepare, and present exquisite meals and beverages. Develop menus, manage aircraft-specific inventories, and cultivate relationships with premium vendors.
    • Cabin & Safety Management: Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections of all cabin equipment and systems. Maintain the aircraft interior to an impeccable standard, including linens, amenities, and all service items. On Part 91 flights, conduct comprehensive safety briefings and be prepared to command the cabin during any emergency.
    • Administrative Excellence & Planning: Create and maintain detailed aircraft manuals, manage expense accounts, and provide thorough post-flight reports (client profiles, catering logs). Proactively coordinate with pilots, maintenance, and cleaning crews to ensure the aircraft is always “trip-ready.”
    • Client Interaction & Technology: Brief passengers on cabin management systems (entertainment, connectivity), assist with seating and luggage, and ensure their complete comfort and convenience throughout the flight.
    • Training & Development: Maintain full currency in all required safety, medical, and recurrent training. You may also supervise or mentor contract crew members, sharing your expertise to uphold our collective standard.

    The Background We Require

We are looking for a proven professional with a demonstrated history in luxury service and aviation.

    Minimum requirements include:

    • A high school diploma; a college degree is a strong asset.
    • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Cabin Attendant in a large-cabin corporate aviation setting.
    • At least 2 years of hands-on culinary or high-end food service experience.
    • Must be at least 21 years of age.
    • Current Flight Safety International (or equivalent) Corporate Cabin Attendant recurrent training.
    • Valid MedAire Management of Inflight Illness and Injury certification (or equivalent CPR/AED).

    The Character You Bring

The ideal candidate is a brand ambassador in spirit and action. You possess:

    • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a keen project management sense.
    • A warm, discreet, and helpful demeanor that puts clients and colleagues at ease.
    • A profound commitment to quality, excellence, and the values of Trust, Honesty, Alignment, and Transparency.
    • A strong understanding of corporate aviation and a genuine interest in mentoring others.
    • The physical capability to perform safety-related duties, including frequently lifting 25 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs overhead, as well as standing, walking, and kneeling during preparations and flight.

    Why Jet Aviation?

Based at Republic Airport (KFRG), you will become part of a global leader in private aviation, working with a sophisticated fleet and a team that sets the industry standard. We offer a culture of professionalism where your expertise is valued and your commitment to excellence directly shapes our clients' world.
