Jet Aviation is seeking an experienced Cabin Attendant to join our Farmingdale, NY-based operation. This isn’t just another flying job — it’s a chance to provide personalized, premium inflight service on large cabin aircraft while working with a collaborative, agile, and client-focused team.

You’ll be a key contributor to the onboard experience, ensuring every journey is smooth, safe, and tailored to our passengers’ expectations. When not flying, you’ll help with menu planning, cabin inventory, and ongoing crew training and standards. We’re looking for someone with strong culinary instincts, top-tier service skills, and the flexibility to meet the changing demands of high-net-worth individuals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver a refined and comfortable experience for all guests onboard
    • Collaborate closely with pilots, technicians, and ground crews to prepare aircraft to exacting standards
    • Perform full pre-flight cabin checks and safety briefings for all passengers (Part 91 operations)
    • Manage in-flight service, including preparing and presenting meals, operating cabin systems, and assisting with luggage and seating needs
    • Respond swiftly and professionally to inflight emergencies or medical incidents, operating safety equipment as needed
    • Maintain cabin cleanliness and order throughout each trip; manage bedding, lockers, and personal touches for each journey
    • Curate menus, source catering, and shop for owner-specific requests
    • Prepare post-flight reports, update client profiles, and maintain aircraft-specific documentation
    • Keep expense reports and cabin stock organized and up to date
    • Maintain all required training including safety, medical, and recurrent service procedures
    • May lead or assist in training freelance cabin attendants or new crew members

    Requirements

    • A minimum of 4 years in a similar cabin attendant role, with at least 2 years of experience in upscale food preparation or fine service
    • High school diploma required; a college degree is a plus
    • Certified in corporate cabin attendant recurrent training (e.g. FlightSafety) and CPR/AED or MedAire inflight medical training
    • Must be at least 21 years of age
    • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
    • Professional appearance and a warm, composed demeanor
    • Ability to adapt to last-minute changes and multitask under pressure
    • Familiarity with aviation standards and aircraft cabin systems

    What Sets You Apart:

    • Leadership experience or interest in training and mentoring others
    • A meticulous eye for detail, proactive service mindset, and genuine passion for hospitality
    • A high level of discretion and professionalism — representing Jet Aviation’s brand and values at all times
