What Your Journey Will Involve:
- Upholding the highest standards of safety and security by meticulously following all DGCA regulations and company procedures.
- Presenting a polished, professional image that reflects Akasa Air's grooming standards, both in the air and during layovers.
- Engaging warmly with passengers, paying special attention to those needing extra care, such as the elderly, young families, or passengers with reduced mobility.
- Enhancing the passenger experience by promoting our inflight offerings and sharing the various amenities available to them.
- Taking ownership of the cabin environment, ensuring cleanliness, managing galley supplies, and safeguarding all company equipment.
- Working seamlessly as a team with fellow crew and the flight deck to ensure on-time performance and a smooth operation.
- Actively contributing ideas to improve our service, reduce waste, and enhance the overall customer journey.
We Are Looking For You If You Have
- Indian nationality with a valid Passport, PAN Card, and Aadhar Card.
- Age: 18-28 years for freshers; up to 35 years for experienced crew.
- Height: Minimum 155 cm for females and 167.5 cm for males (with proportionate weight).
- Education: Successful completion of 10+2 (Class 12th), with fluency in English and Hindi.
- Medical Fitness: DGCA-approved medical fitness.
- BMI: Between 18-23 for females and 18-25 for males.
- A professional appearance with no visible tattoos while in uniform.
- The resilience and flexibility to work long hours, in shifts, and adapt to the dynamic nature of airline operations.
