About the Role
As part of our cabin crew, you’ll represent Air Arabia with warmth and professionalism on every flight. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our passengers while creating memorable travel experiences. Whether you’re greeting guests with a smile, assisting during a medical situation, or promoting onboard products, your goal will be to make every journey safe and enjoyable.
What You’ll Do?
- Arrive prepared, groomed, and fully briefed for each flight assignment
- Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure passengers comply with aviation regulations
- Identify and address any safety or security concerns in coordination with your Cabin Supervisor
- Provide first aid or emergency assistance when needed
- Deliver personalized, friendly service to passengers, handling requests and resolving issues with care
- Promote onboard meals, products, and Air Arabia’s “Charity Cloud” program to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely
- Perform preflight and post-flight checks, ensuring the aircraft is clean, stocked, and well-presented
- Prepare reports, complete handovers, and maintain clear communication with pilots and ground teams
- Stay current with training and recurrent safety procedures
Who We’re Looking For?
We’re searching for energetic, responsible, and customer-focused individuals who embody Air Arabia’s spirit of hospitality. You’ll need to be confident, proactive, and ready to adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Age: 18–29 years (up to 33 years for experienced crew)
- Education: Diploma or higher secondary certificate (a diploma in Travel/Tourism is an advantage)
- Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Appearance: Clear skin with no visible tattoos or marks while in uniform
- Health: Physically and medically fit for cabin duties; able to swim with a flotation device
- Height: Minimum 160 cm (female) or 170 cm (male)
- Weight: Proportionate to height and age
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in aviation, hospitality, or customer service roles
- Valid or recent cabin crew license (an advantage but not mandatory)
- Training in first aid, safety, or emergency procedures
- Willingness to work flexible hours and rotating shifts
