What We're Looking For?
We believe great Cabin Crew are made of more than just qualifications—they radiate warmth, think on their feet, and take pride in delivering service that feels effortless and sincere. If that sounds like you, here's what you'll need to bring:
- A natural flair for service: You genuinely enjoy connecting with people from all walks of life and take satisfaction in making others feel welcome and cared for.
- Strong communication skills: You express yourself clearly and confidently in English—the language of our international guests.
- A polished presence: You carry yourself with grace, professionalism, and a positive energy that puts others at ease.
- Educational background: You hold a Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university.
- English proficiency: Your English skills meet or exceed a TOEIC score of 600, TOEFL score of 500, or IELTS score of 6.
- Height requirements: You stand at least 1.58m (female) or 1.65m (male) to perform safety and emergency procedures effectively.
- Relocation readiness: You're excited by the prospect of moving to Singapore and embracing life in one of Asia's most dynamic cities.
- Commitment: You're prepared to serve a compulsory service bond as part of your employment.
How the Selection Process Works?
