    Key Responsibilities:

    As a member of our Cabin Crew team, you will be the cornerstone of safety and reassurance on board. Every passenger who steps onto the aircraft places their trust in you—your mission is to ensure they arrive at their destination safely, while enjoying an exceptional and seamless experience throughout the journey.

    Requirements

    The successful candidate must be at least 18 years old, have advanced English skills in both written and spoken form (a B2 level test will be conducted during the selection process), and knowledge of other languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, German, Algerian, or Greek will be advantageous. A valid European passport is required to fly without restrictions within the Volotea network. Candidates must either possess a Cabin Crew Certification (Attestation) or be willing to complete the training with Volotea, and must be fit to pass the EASA medical examination. Excellent customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to handle situations with calmness, empathy, and professionalism to maintain high service standards. Candidates must live within 60 minutes of the airport, maintain a professional image with no visible tattoos or piercings, meet the minimum height requirement of 157 cm without shoes, be able to swim 100 meters, and have no criminal record.
