Take the Next Step in Your Aviation Career: Senior Cabin Crew at Volotea's Limoges Base!
Are you an experienced Cabin Crew member ready to step into a leadership role while enjoying the warmth of a close-knit team? Volotea is looking for a Senior Cabin Crew member to join our Limoges base—someone who combines operational expertise with genuine people skills and a passion for exceptional service.
At Volotea, we've built something special: a dynamic, fast-growing airline where every day brings something new. No two flights are the same, and neither are the opportunities. If you're seeking a role where your experience is valued, your growth is prioritized, and your colleagues truly feel like extended family, this might be your perfect fit.
Your Mission: Lead with Confidence, Care with Heart
As Senior Cabin Crew, you're not just ensuring safety—you're setting the tone for every flight. Passengers look to you for reassurance, and your team looks to you for guidance. You'll be the calm presence that transforms a group of travelers into a cared-for community and a crew into a seamless unit.
From pre-flight briefings to handling unexpected situations mid-air, your experience will shine. You'll lead by example, demonstrating the impeccable service standards that have made Volotea one of Europe's best-loved low-cost airlines while mentoring your colleagues and ensuring every procedure is followed with precision.
What You'll Need to Join Us?
This role comes with specific requirements—some set by aviation regulations, others by our commitment to excellence. Here's what we're looking for:
- At least 18 years old.
- Advanced English and French, both written and spoken—you'll need to communicate clearly and confidently in any situation. A language test will confirm B2 level during selection.
- Languages that give you an edge: If you speak Italian, Spanish, German, Algerian Arabic, or Greek, you'll be even better equipped to connect with our diverse passengers across Europe.
- Minimum one year of experience as Cabin Crew with a European airline (this is a regulatory requirement for the senior position).
- Current Cabin Crew Attestation (required by regulation).
- Valid European passport allowing unrestricted travel across our network.
- Ability to pass the EASA medical examination.
- Clean criminal record.
- Strong swimming skills—able to cover 100 meters confidently.
- Live within 60 minutes of Limoges Airport to be ready for standby duties.
- No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
- Minimum height of 157 cm (without shoes) to safely access all equipment.
- Valid driving license and access to a car for local mobility.
Your Service Mindset Matters
Exceptional customer service is at the heart of what we do. We're looking for someone who handles challenges with calm empathy, communicates with genuine warmth, and maintains professionalism even under pressure. Your ability to read situations and respond appropriately will help us deliver the memorable experiences our passengers expect.
