Clay Lacy Aviation is currently seeking a Client Services Representative I to join its team at the Orange County location (KSNA). As a key member of the Front Office Team, the CSR plays a vital role in shaping the first and last impression for guests. Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Services Representative I, you will greet passengers, pilots, and flight attendants, and coordinate every detail of the guest's arrival and departure, including catering, ground transportation, hotel, restaurant, and golf reservations. You will arrange fuel orders and other ground services for the aircraft, answer customer emails and phone calls in a timely manner, and perform Operator duties as required. Your role ensures that clients have a smooth reservation, arrival, and departure experience. You will maintain knowledge of Clay Lacy Aviation operations with strong attention to detail, perform other front-of-house functions, keep the lobby clean and replenished, and take on other responsibilities and tasks as requested or assigned.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree preferred. A minimum of one year of experience in aviation client relations is preferred, although a background in the luxury hotel or other luxury hospitality industries will also be considered. The candidate must pass pre-employment drug testing and background checks.
