- Minimum age of 18 with completed secondary education (Mittlere Reife or higher)
- Fluent in both German and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Confident swimming ability and a valid, unrestricted passport
- Residing close enough to Munich to reach the base within 90 minutes when on standby
- Professional, polished appearance with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Internet access and flexibility to travel
- Willingness to receive a yellow fever vaccination
