- Age: 18 years or older
- Education: Completed secondary education (preferably middle school diploma or high school diploma)
- Professional Experience: Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is an advantage
- Language Skills: Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- Swimming Ability: Must be able to swim confidently
- Passport: Valid, unrestricted passport
- Location: Ability to reach the designated station within 90 minutes when on standby
