Your Responsibilities: Be the Heart of Every Flight
As a Cabin Crew Member, you'll be a passionate host, delivering excellent service and ensuring a safe, exceptional flight experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent service with a warm and welcoming personality—you're the face of Discover Airlines
- Patiently explaining all onboard procedures to our guests to ensure safe and smooth flight operations
- Having a caring mindset—you ensure that our guests feel comfortable and well-cared for at all times
- Accompanying our guests during their holidays, enjoying small talk, and providing tips and recommendations for their trip
- Considering onboard sales an integral part of your service approach—you enhance the guest experience with thoughtful product offerings
- Valuing continuous personal and professional development—you're committed to growing in your role
What We're Looking For?
To join our team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Completed secondary education (Mittlere Reife) or an equivalent or higher qualification
- Experience in the hotel/hospitality or medical sector is an advantage—but not required
- Fluent German and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- Ability to swim confidently—safety comes first
- Unrestricted valid passport—you'll be traveling internationally
- Ability to reach the assigned base within 90 minutes when on standby
- Strong customer and service orientation—you genuinely enjoy helping others
- Confident and well-groomed appearance—you represent Discover Airlines with pride
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills—you collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Internet access—for training and communication purposes
- Willingness to receive a yellow fever vaccination—required for certain destinations

Salary Details:
Upon successfully completing the training, the salary will be €3,031.88 gross per month (full-time, including 75 block hours and a 16.3% tax-free allowance).
