As the face of our airline, you'll be much more than a crew member; you'll be a storyteller, a guide, and a caring host. In this role, you will:

Who You Are: Bringing Your Whole Self to Our Team

To join our crew, you should have:
- A minimum age of 18.
- A completed secondary school education (Mittlere Reife or an equivalent/higher qualification).
- Fluent skills in both German and English (spoken and written). Knowledge of additional languages is a welcome plus.
- Confidence in the water and strong swimming ability.
- A valid, unrestricted passport.
- The ability to reach our Munich base within 90 minutes when you are on standby duty.
- A strong, natural orientation toward service and hospitality.
- A confident, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
- Outstanding teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable internet access at home.
- A willingness to obtain a yellow fever vaccination as required for certain destinations.
*Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, or customer service is beneficial, but your attitude and personality are what matter most.
