    Hill Air is currently looking for an energetic and experienced Corporate Flight Attendant based at Love Field in Dallas, TX. This role places a strong emphasis on passenger safety and comfort, while also involving responsibilities such as ordering in-flight catering for various flights and preparing and serving meals onboard. The ideal candidate must be available around the clock, possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and uphold the highest level of confidentiality. This is a dynamic position suited for a motivated and conscientious individual who can make critical decisions quickly and confidently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    As a Corporate Flight Attendant, you will maintain 24/7 on-demand availability to accommodate trip scheduling, catering changes, and urgent requests. You will be responsible for updating databases such as Dropbox with passenger and crew preferences, catering providers, and stock inventories, while ensuring confidentiality regarding passenger identities and upholding the highest level of professionalism. You will anticipate passenger needs to deliver an elite onboard experience, perform pre-flight safety checks, brief passengers on safety procedures, conduct regular cabin checks to ensure comfort and safety, and respond promptly to requests or concerns. Maintaining cabin cleanliness and restocking supplies during the flight, operating all features of the Cabin Management System, entertainment systems, and galley equipment, and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and company safety protocols throughout all phases of flight are also part of your duties. You will be expected to provide emergency response and assistance, including administering first aid if necessary. Additionally, you will ensure the aircraft is properly outfitted with linens, china, crystal, and flatware, and manage special outfitting projects, laundering, and dry cleaning. You will monitor stock levels in the aircraft and storage rooms, rotate inventory, and remove expired items. Your role also includes creating customized menus tailored to trip duration, passenger preferences, and securing approvals from the Principals’ administrators. You will build and maintain relationships with global catering providers to ensure reliable service, coordinate international catering logistics, and address language, packaging, and food safety concerns. You will prepare and print personalized menus, manage procurement and billing for catering and stock supplies, collect feedback post-trip, and monitor culinary trends to continuously elevate the onboard experience.


    Requirements

    The successful candidate must have a high school diploma, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word, Pages/Numbers, PowerPoint/Keynote, and database management. A minimum of 3 years’ experience serving as a Corporate Flight Attendant is required, along with experience in catering management and inventory control being preferred. Familiarity with emergency response procedures and customer service excellence standards, as well as experience in a highly professional and confidential environment, is essential. The candidate must possess polished and professional interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset, demonstrate emotional intelligence and teamwork orientation, and be flexible and available for last-minute schedule adjustments. Knowledge of food safety standards, international catering logistics, and packaging solutions, as well as imperial-to-metric conversions for catering, is required. The ability to manage confidentiality with discretion, make structured day-to-day operational decisions, work with animals and around allergens, and process information quickly while reacting positively during unexpected or serious situations is crucial. The candidate must be able to remain calm, think, and respond quickly in all types of emergency situations, work in a time-sensitive environment in a self-reliant manner, and effectively handle stress related to deadlines and unexpected changes. A valid U.S. passport or foreign passport with work authorization is required, along with legal authorization to work in the United States and the ability to travel in and out of the country. The candidate must also be physically capable of performing all required duties, including lifting and operating emergency equipment, and be able to move freely, effectively, and quickly within a confined aircraft environment.
