    About the Role

    As part of our Corporate Flight Department, you’ll take full ownership of passenger safety, inflight service, and catering coordination. Whether preparing for a high-profile business trip or welcoming guests aboard for a long-range journey, you’ll represent Hill Air’s commitment to personalized care and professionalism at every altitude.

    What You’ll Be Doing?


    Inflight Excellence:

    • Deliver a world-class passenger experience with warmth, discretion, and precision
    • Conduct safety briefings, preflight checks, and cabin inspections prior to each flight
    • Monitor cabin comfort throughout the journey, addressing passenger needs promptly
    • Operate cabin management systems, entertainment controls, and galley equipment with confidence
    • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and order throughout the flight
    • Handle emergency procedures and first aid situations calmly and efficiently

    Catering & Service Management:

    • Design and coordinate personalized menus that reflect passenger preferences and trip duration
    • Work closely with international catering providers to ensure timely, high-quality service
    • Oversee food safety, packaging, and refrigeration standards for all meals onboard
    • Source premium catering and supplies while managing cost, freshness, and presentation
    • Collect and evaluate feedback after each trip to continuously enhance onboard service

    Cabin & Inventory Oversight:

    • Maintain all cabin supplies, including linens, tableware, amenities, and luxury items
    • Monitor aircraft stockrooms, rotate inventory, and ensure all items are flight-ready
    • Manage laundry, dry cleaning, and cabin outfitting projects as needed
    • Keep accurate records of catering orders, expenses, and supplier details

    Team Coordination & Administration:

    • Stay available 24/7 for schedule updates, catering revisions, and operational needs
    • Update digital systems with passenger profiles, catering contacts, and trip information
    • Uphold absolute confidentiality regarding passengers and flight activity
    • Collaborate seamlessly with flight crews, operations staff, and management

    Experience & Education:

    • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant
    • Previous involvement in catering or inventory management is a plus
    • Familiarity with VIP service standards and emergency response procedures

    Physical Demands:

    This is an active, hands-on role that requires agility and physical stamina. You should be able to lift and operate emergency equipment, move comfortably throughout the cabin, and perform all safety duties efficiently in a confined space.
