Description
Turkish Airlines is looking for Experienced Cabin Crew members who are friendly, highly communicative, customer-oriented, and eager to be part of the airline’s growth journey. Candidates who successfully pass all stages of the selection process will be hired as “Cabin Crew Candidates” and will undergo approximately two months of intensive training. Upon successful completion, they will begin their flight duties with the official title of “Cabin Crew.”
Requirements
The successful candidate must be a Turkish citizen or a blue cardholder, born between 01.01.1988 and 31.12.2006, and hold at least an associate degree, including from open education programs. Graduates from foreign universities must provide an equivalency certificate from the Council of Higher Education (YÖK). Proficiency in English is required, and additional languages are considered an advantage. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the service industry is required, with priority given to candidates with backgrounds in tourism and hospitality (such as waiters, receptionists, tour guides, customer relations officers, beverage preparation and service specialists) or in sales and customer service (including sales consultants, salespersons, cashiers, and store employees). Height requirements are 160 to 180 cm for females and 170 to 190 cm for males, with weight proportionate to height. Candidates must have no criminal record or criminal archive record, must not be eligible for retirement, and male candidates must not be exempt from military service. Candidates must not have previously left Turkish Airlines or other organizations due to indiscipline, health issues, or contract termination. Applicants from Turkish Airlines subsidiaries must have completed at least 3 years of service in their current company to be eligible; those with less experience are not eligible to apply.
