Who We’re Looking For?
We’re seeking individuals who bring heart, confidence, and curiosity to every interaction. Someone who thrives in a multicultural team, values safety as much as service, and carries that signature Riyadh Air smile wherever they go.
Here’s what we require:
- Fluency in English: Additional languages are a plus—our passengers come from everywhere!
- Minimum height: 160 cm, with an arm reach of at least 212 cm
- Age: 21 years or older
- Swimming ability: Must be able to swim confidently using a flotation device
- Professional appearance: No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform
- Education: High school diploma or higher
- Experience: At least one year in customer service or hospitality
- Visa eligibility: Able to meet Saudi employment visa requirements and relocate to Riyadh
