- To be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid CCA (Cabin Crew Attestation).
- A Baccalaureate or equivalent qualification.
- Fluency in both French and English; additional languages are always a valued asset.
- A natural talent for customer service, with excellent interpersonal skills and a polished, professional presentation.
- The ability to remain calm and make sound decisions, managing conflicts or unexpected situations with poise.
- A genuine enjoyment of working with people from all walks of life and different cultures.
- A flexible approach to work, including a willingness to work irregular hours and adapt to the changing demands of flight operations.
- Strong physical health and the stamina to meet the demands of the role.
- A neat and professional appearance, with any tattoos concealed by the uniform and no visible piercings.
