What You'll Be Doing?
As a member of our cabin crew, you become the face and spirit of Chalair Aviation. Your mission goes far beyond serving passengers—you'll be responsible for creating a warm onboard atmosphere, ensuring every traveler feels welcomed, safe, and well-cared for from boarding to landing. This role is fascinating, ever-changing, and deeply fulfilling for those who take pride in making each journey feel unique.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming passengers and assisting them throughout their flight
- Ensuring strict compliance with all safety procedures
- Creating a pleasant, calm, and professional onboard environment
- Handling unexpected situations with poise and good judgment
- Working closely with your teammates to deliver seamless service
Who We're Looking For?
We're searching for individuals who embody professionalism, warmth, and adaptability. To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a valid CCA (Cabin Crew Attestation)
- Have a Baccalaureate (high school diploma)
- Speak fluent French and English; additional languages are a welcome bonus
- Possess a natural customer service mindset and excellent presentation
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and love working collaboratively
- Stay calm under pressure and handle conflicts or emergencies with good judgment
- Be genuinely committed to service quality and comfortable engaging with people from diverse cultures
- Show willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
- Be flexible and adaptable as flight schedules change
- Have a reliable, conscientious personality that teammates can count on
- Maintain good physical health and stamina
- Keep a well-groomed appearance—any tattoos must be fully hidden by the uniform (long-sleeved shirt, trousers, scarf), and no piercings may be visible
