What We're Looking For?
To join our Cabin Crew team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
Essential Requirements
- Be over 18 years of age
- Hold a valid CCA (Cabin Crew Attestation)
- Baccalaureate holder—completed secondary education
- Fluency in French and English—other languages are appreciated and will make you stand out
- Customer service skills and excellent presentation—you take pride in your appearance and your service
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork—you collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Decision-making and management in crisis and conflict situations—you remain calm and composed under pressure
- Service-oriented—you enjoy working with people from different cultures
- Willingness to work irregular hours—flexibility is key in aviation
- Great flexibility and adaptability—you adjust quickly to changing circumstances
- Excellent team spirit—you're a reliable, conscientious personality
- Good health and stamina—you're physically fit for the demands of the role
- Neat appearance—tattoos must be hidden by the uniform (long-sleeved shirt, pants, scarf), and no piercings must be visible
Language Certification
Certification in English at B2 level. Accepted tests:
- TOEIC: minimum score 785
- TOEFL IBT: minimum score 72
- IELTS: minimum score 5.5
- LINGUASKILL: minimum score 160
- BULATS: minimum score 60
