Key Responsibilities:
As the Hospitality Manager, you’ll be the face of our VIP guest experience. You’ll lead a dedicated front-of-house team and ensure the highest standards of service and presentation. From managing day-to-day operations to planning premium events and working closely with the CEO, your focus will be on creating seamless, memorable experiences. Your role will include:
- Personally welcoming VIP clients and overseeing front-of-house service
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery
- Supervising daily operations and upholding all safety regulations
- Preparing VIP reports and briefings for senior leadership
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring front-of-house staff
- Organizing staff schedules and conducting performance reviews
- Coordinating internal events and managing front-desk activities
- Handling customer feedback with professionalism and discretion
- Ensuring facility cleanliness, upkeep, and quality compliance
- Collaborating with operations and maintenance teams for facility upgrades
- Enforcing adherence to internal SOPs and quality benchmarks
- Monitoring customer experience and driving service improvements
- Building client relationships and encouraging loyalty through personalized interactions
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or formal hospitality training
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in hospitality or aviation (hotel, airline, or FBO)
- At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills and a polished, professional appearance
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and basic database tools
- Excellent organizational skills with a hands-on, proactive attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and respond to last-minute needs
