Join Our Norwegian Family – Become Cabin Crew in Oslo and Bergen!
Oslo & Bergen Bases | Training Starts May 2026
At Norwegian, we've always done things a little differently—the Norwegian way. That means putting people first, challenging the ordinary, and creating travel experiences that are safe, friendly, and genuinely memorable. Right now, we're inviting motivated, warm-hearted individuals to join our Cabin Crew family at our Oslo and Bergen bases, with training courses kicking off in May 2026.
Being part of our crew is so much more than a job title. Some days you're a comforting presence for a nervous flyer, other days you're entertaining a restless toddler, helping a traveler with special needs, or ensuring every detail of the cabin is just right. You'll wear many hats—nurse, psychologist, chef, guardian, and friend—because that's what it takes to make every passenger feel genuinely cared for.
Whether you're completely new to aviation or bringing years of experience, we'll equip you with everything you need. Our comprehensive training course leads to an official certification and welcomes you into a close-knit community of over 2,500 cabin crew across Norwegian. You won't just join a company—you'll join a team that has your back.
