MJET is inviting experienced service professionals to join our Belgrade-based team as a Service Crew Member on our Gulfstream G650. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a highly professional, close-knit crew operating one of the world’s most prestigious business jets, where every journey is about excellence, safety, and discretion.
About the Role
As the sole Service Crew Member onboard, you will play a central role in shaping the passenger experience, working alongside three highly skilled pilots to deliver seamless service on every flight. This role demands flexibility, impeccable service standards, and the ability to anticipate the needs of discerning passengers. From fine dining and silver service to safety responsibilities, your contribution will define the journey.
Life Onboard
- You’ll operate with a dedicated team of three pilots and one Service Crew Member, ensuring highly personalized service for the owner.
- Expect a minimum of 10 days off each month (not always consecutive), with schedules typically shared one month in advance. While last-minute changes may occur, planning remains transparent and fair.
- Competitive compensation starts at €3,500 per month, with adjustments based on your experience.
- Per diem of €100 is provided for each duty day.
What We’re Looking For?
- You live within a two-hour drive of Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport (BEG/LYBE).
- You have solid experience in business aviation, particularly on large-cabin aircraft such as Gulfstream, Bombardier Global, Dassault Falcon, or Challenger.
- A background in commercial aviation—especially First or Business Class service—is highly valued.
- Previous leadership experience, such as Senior Cabin Crew or Instructor, is a strong advantage.
- Expertise in high-end hospitality, whether through silver service training, fine dining, wine knowledge, or sommelier education, will set you apart.
