About the Role
As a Cabin Attendant with Fly Alliance, you’ll be the face of the inflight experience. From ensuring the cabin is perfectly prepared before each flight to providing personalized, high-touch service in the air, you’ll play a central role in representing our company values. This position also requires strong teamwork skills and the ability to adapt quickly to the needs of passengers and crew alike.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Delivering exceptional inflight service, consistently exceeding passenger expectations
- Preparing and maintaining the cabin to “charter-ready” standards, including stocking, organization, and cleanliness
- Upholding Fly Alliance’s uniform and professional standards at all times
- Assisting the flight crew through excellent Crew Resource Management (CRM) practices
- Maintaining accurate passenger profiles and making thoughtful updates when needed
- Applying knowledge of company guidelines and safety manuals to ensure compliance and smooth operations
- Representing Fly Alliance with professionalism, integrity, and discretion both onboard and off
What We’re Looking For?
- Prior Cabin Attendant or Flight Attendant experience is a plus, but not required
- Previous work in high-end hospitality, luxury service, or customer-facing roles strongly preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and solve problems in dynamic environments
- Professional presence, strong ethics, and a passion for delivering excellent service
- Must have a clean background (no misdemeanors or felonies)
Additional Details
- Base: Home-based position, with operations primarily out of Ocoee, Florida
- Travel: This role requires 100% travel flexibility across the East Coast and beyond
