What You'll Do: The Heart of the In-Flight Experience
As the face of FLYONE, you will be central to creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment from the moment passengers step on board. Your role blends crucial safety responsibilities with genuine hospitality, ensuring every flight is a positive reflection of our brand.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing a warm, professional welcome to all passengers, setting the tone for a pleasant journey.
- Prioritizing and ensuring the safety and comfort of everyone on board through attentive service and adherence to procedures.
- Enhancing the travel experience through onboard sales, engaging with passengers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Accurately completing all required flight reports and documentation in line with company standards.
Do You Have What It Takes?
We are looking for candidates who bring a positive energy, a resilient spirit, and a commitment to excellent service. The foundational requirements for this role are:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Hold a high school diploma (Baccalaureate).
- Be fluent in both Romanian and English.
- Possess a positive attitude, flexibility for variable schedules, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Have a height between 160 cm and 180 cm.
- An advantage if you already hold a valid Cabin Crew Attestation.
