Recruitment Process
Interviews will take place in September and early October 2025 in the Stansted area. Successful candidates will begin training on 10 November 2025. Please note that incomplete applications cannot be considered, and this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
As this position requires access to secure areas and sensitive information, candidates must be able to pass background checks to BPSS standards (including right to work verification, criminal record checks, and a 5-year employment history review).
What We’re Looking For?
We’re seeking people who are flexible, reliable, and thrive in a team environment. To apply, you’ll need to:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Knowledge of a second European language and previous customer service experience are desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a natural flair for customer service
- Present yourself to the highest personal and professional standards, wearing the Titan uniform with pride
- Be able to swim and comfortably reach 212 cm
- Live within 30 minutes of Stansted Airport for standby duties
- Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a car
