    Description

At Thrive Aviation, we believe every journey should be seamless, personalized, and unforgettable. Based in Henderson, NV, our team is looking for a Client Services Specialist who will play a vital role in shaping the travel experience for our clients—from the moment their trip is planned until the wheels touch down.

This is not just a scheduling role. It’s about anticipating client needs, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that every detail—whether it’s ground transport, catering, or a last-minute itinerary change—is handled with care and precision. If you’re highly organized, service-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

    What You’ll Do?

In this role, you’ll serve as the point of contact for clients and crews, keeping operations running smoothly while delivering world-class service. You’ll:

    • Coordinate flight activity and ensure passengers, crews, and vendors are always in sync with updates on ETDs, ETAs, and operational changes
    • Host and support passengers in Thrive’s VIP Client Lounge when needed
    • Research and book hotels, ground transport, and other travel services while negotiating vendor rates to optimize value
    • Arrange and oversee catering and amenities, whether through local vendors, apps like DoorDash and Instacart, or international providers
    • Manage passenger profiles, ensuring every detail—from passport data to pet documentation—is accurate and up to date
    • Act quickly in the face of disruptions, securing alternate arrangements and keeping travelers informed
    • Leverage systems like FL3XX and CTM/GCL to coordinate logistics, track expenses, and maintain compliance with company standards

    What We’re Looking For?

The ideal candidate is someone who combines hospitality finesse with aviation know-how. You should bring:

    • A bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or aviation (preferred), OR 3–5 years in luxury guest services or travel management
    • Strong working knowledge of travel booking systems, aviation scheduling platforms (FL3XX, JetInsight, or FOS), and industry best practices
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven ability to juggle multiple requests, prioritize under pressure, and stay organized in a high-paced setting
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
    • A high degree of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive client information
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed

    Physical Demands

This is primarily an office-based role, requiring consistent use of computers and phones. You’ll occasionally need to lift up to 35 lbs and move around the office to access files and equipment. Attention to detail and focus are key.

    Why Join Thrive Aviation?

At Thrive, you’ll be part of a forward-thinking aviation company built on integrity, service, and innovation. We take pride in creating a workplace where people are empowered to deliver excellence while enjoying opportunities for personal and professional growth.

If you’re ready to bring your hospitality mindset into the world of private aviation and ensure our clients experience travel at its very best, this is your opportunity to Thrive.
