About the Role
As a Flight Attendant with Gridiron Air, you’ll be the face of our airline onboard—ensuring passenger safety, delivering outstanding service, and representing our commitment to reliability and excellence. From pre-flight checks and emergency preparedness to warm, attentive inflight service, you’ll balance professionalism with genuine hospitality. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to manage everything from routine service to unexpected situations with calm confidence.
What You’ll Do?
- Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and compliance with FAA and company regulations
- Perform detailed cabin checks, operate emergency equipment, and prepare the aircraft for departure and arrival
- Deliver clear safety briefings and provide leadership during both routine and emergency situations
- Assist guests with stowing luggage, seating needs, and use of onboard systems
- Prepare, present, and replenish meals, beverages, and amenities with a focus on quality service
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and presentation, including post-flight duties
- Provide medical assistance when needed, including CPR and first aid response
- Collaborate with pilots, crewmembers, and ground staff to support smooth operations
- Uphold professional appearance standards and act as a brand ambassador for Gridiron Air
What We’re Looking For?
- High school diploma or GED (college coursework is a plus)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, food service, education, or aviation
- Strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for service
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid passport with at least 18 months of remaining validity and ability to travel internationally
- Ability to pass background checks and DOT pre-employment drug testing
- Strong teamwork skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to adapt quickly to change
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull beverage carts up to 250 lbs, and reach overhead equipment
