    At FlyUSA, we’re setting new standards in private aviation. From personalized travel solutions to white-glove inflight service, our mission is simple: deliver world-class journeys that our clients remember long after they land. We’re now looking for a Lead Cabin Attendant to help us take that promise even further by creating and leading our Cabin Attendant Program from the ground up.

    About the Role

    This isn’t just another flight attendant position. As Lead Cabin Attendant, you’ll be the architect of FlyUSA’s onboard service culture. You’ll design the service standards, establish the operating procedures, and build a roster of top-tier cabin crew who reflect our brand values. At the same time, you’ll continue flying with our clients—up to 15 days per month—ensuring those standards are consistently brought to life in the air. When you’re not flying, you’ll be based at our Clearwater office and hangar, focusing on training, scheduling, and program management.

    What You’ll Be Doing?

    • Creating and launching FlyUSA’s Cabin Attendant Program, including SOPs, service guidelines, and grooming standards
    • Recruiting, training, and scheduling a team of skilled contract cabin attendants
    • Managing relationships with crew, including negotiating fair and competitive day rates
    • Reviewing new aircraft entering the fleet and ensuring they’re equipped with the right service items and amenities
    • Overseeing cabin readiness, presentation, and cleanliness prior to every departure
    • Balancing flying duties with office and management responsibilities
    • Acting as the central point of accountability for all cabin service operations at FlyUSA

    What We’re Looking For?

    We’re searching for someone who has already excelled in the world of private aviation service—whether as a senior or lead corporate flight attendant—and who thrives on building something new. The ideal candidate will bring:

    • Proven leadership experience in corporate or private aviation service
    • A track record of creating programs, SOPs, or service standards in aviation or luxury hospitality
    • Strong organizational and people management skills
    • Confidence in both flying duties and behind-the-scenes program management
    • A professional, polished presence with outstanding communication skills
    • A true passion for delivering service that is world-class, every time
