Kuwait Airways is expanding its Ground Handling team and we’re looking for dedicated professionals to join our Passenger Services department. This role is at the heart of our operations at Kuwait International Airport, where you’ll ensure passengers receive smooth, professional, and timely service throughout their journey.
What This Role Is About?
As part of the Passenger Services team, you’ll play a key role in coordinating and overseeing services at the airport. From handling passenger check-in operations to resolving irregularities and ensuring compliance with international travel regulations, your work directly impacts the travel experience of thousands of passengers every day.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Handling and resolving passenger service issues, including flight delays, over-carriage, documentation irregularities, and baggage discrepancies, while ensuring prompt solutions.
- Investigating service-related issues, preparing reports, and recommending corrective actions.
- Implementing new or updated procedures related to visas, tariffs, flight schedules, and IATA requirements, and ensuring these changes are properly communicated to staff.
- Preparing and monitoring duty rosters for passenger check-in staff, making sure resources are aligned with daily traffic flow, peak travel times, and operational needs.
- Collaborating with representatives from other airlines, DGCA, Immigration, Customs, Security, and Health authorities to maintain smooth workflows and strong professional relationships.
What We’re Looking For?
- At least 1 year of experience in a passenger services or aviation-related role
- Strong communication skills with good written and spoken English
- Ability to stay organized in a high-pressure airport environment
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
