Premium Jet is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced VIP Cabin Attendant to join our team in Basel. If you have a background in business aviation and a passion for creating memorable experiences for passengers, this is an exciting opportunity to bring your skills to a truly international environment. The role begins on December 1, 2025 or by mutual agreement.
What the Role Involves?
As part of our dedicated crew, you’ll ensure every flight reflects the highest standards of comfort, safety, and style. On board our Challenger 300, you’ll take full ownership of the VIP service experience—from pre-flight preparations to post-flight follow-up. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional, discreet service to VIP guests throughout the journey
- Designing and preparing creative menus, sourcing and purchasing bespoke catering, and ensuring flawless presentation onboard
- Preparing the cabin before departure and keeping it pristine after each flight
- Managing catering budgets, expense reports, and maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborating with colleagues while confidently handling independent tasks and challenges
What We’re Looking For?
We value both professionalism and personality. To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- Fluency in German and English (additional languages are always a plus)
- Strong service orientation, cultural awareness, and polished manners
- The ability to work seamlessly in a team yet independently when needed
- Resilience, flexibility, and a calm presence under pressure
- A home base within 1.5 hours of Basel Airport
- A valid Swiss or EU passport (with no restrictions)
- A valid Category B driver’s license and access to a car
- A background in hospitality, gastronomy, or luxury service is a strong advantage
