    Join Jettime as Cabin Crew!

Are you the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys making people feel at ease? At Jettime, we’re looking for Cabin Crew who bring warmth, professionalism, and energy to every flight. Whether you’re an experienced flight attendant or ready to take off in aviation for the first time, this could be your opportunity to start a rewarding career based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

    About Jettime

Jettime is a trusted Nordic charter and ACMI airline, operating Boeing 737 aircraft for major tour operators such as TUI, Bravo Tours, and Apollo. We also support well-known airlines like SAS, Finnair, and Air Greenland with both aircraft and crew. Our reputation is built on reliable operations, a cheerful Nordic spirit, and service that makes travelers feel truly cared for — whether they’re heading on holiday or returning home.

    Employment Options

We offer two flexible contract types designed to fit different lifestyles:

    • Permanent Full-Time Employment – ideal if you’re ready for a stable, long-term aviation career.
    • Seasonal Contract (May–October) – perfect if you want to balance flying with time for travel or personal projects during the winter. Many of our seasonal crew return to Jettime year after year.

    Training & Onboarding

Your journey begins at our headquarters in Copenhagen, where you’ll attend a 4-week Cabin Crew training course in early 2026. The course is free of charge, and upon successful completion, you’ll receive a bonus equal to one month’s base salary. Training covers everything from aviation safety and first aid to service excellence — preparing you for real-life operations from day one.

Please note: employment requires passing all exams, background checks, and medical assessments.

    Recruitment & Assessment Days

We review applications continuously, so early applicants will be prioritized. Candidates who pass the initial screening will be invited to one of our upcoming assessment days in Copenhagen:

    • 21 October at 13:00
    • 9 November at 11:00
    • 19 November at 11:00

Each session lasts around four hours and gives you the opportunity to learn more about the role, the team, and Jettime’s unique culture.

    Who We’re Looking For?

To join our Copenhagen base, you should meet the following requirements:

    • Minimum age: 20 years
    • High school diploma or at least 2 years’ experience in a service-oriented role (hospitality, travel, or healthcare)
    • Fluent in English (Danish, Finnish, or Swedish is a strong advantage)
    • Willing to comply with Jettime’s uniform and grooming standards (visible tattoos must be pre-approved)
    • Good physical and mental health; able to swim 200 meters unaided
    • Height between 160–195 cm
    • Able to reach Copenhagen Airport (CPH) within 90 minutes during standby
    • Clean criminal record and eligible for security clearance
    • EU passport valid for at least 6 months from training start

You’ll also need the right attitude — service-minded, adaptable, and calm under pressure. We’re looking for people who naturally bring positivity to others, can handle changing situations with professionalism, and genuinely enjoy being part of a team.

Experience as Cabin Crew is an advantage but not a requirement — we welcome both newcomers and experienced professionals.

    Why You’ll Love Working Here?

At Jettime, safety always comes first — but service is what makes us shine. Our Cabin Crew are the face and heart of every flight, creating an experience that feels effortless and warm. You’ll work with a supportive team, enjoy a varied workday, and be part of a company that values both professionalism and personality.

    What We Offer?

When you join Jettime, you’ll be employed under our Cabin Crew Collective Agreement (CLA), which includes:

    • Annual salary progression through our structured pay scale
    • Pension scheme and health insurance
    • Variable pay supplements
    • Staff travel on Jettime charter flights
    • Competitive placement for experienced crew (2+ years) above entry-level salary

If you’re ready to bring your personality, professionalism, and passion for travel to an airline that values people above all else — we’d love to meet you.
