Your Profile: The Essentials
To ensure you're ready for takeoff, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 20 years of age.
- Be fluent in Danish or Swedish, with strong English language skills.
- Hold a high school diploma or have 2+ years of relevant work experience in service or healthcare (e.g., as a nurse, social worker, receptionist, or travel guide).
- Be in stable mental and physical health, and able to swim 200 meters unaided.
- Be able to pass an aeromedical examination and drug/alcohol test.
- Have a height between 160 and 195 cm.
- Hold a valid EU passport with at least 6 months' validity remaining at the start of training.
- Be able to reach Copenhagen Airport (CPH) within 90 minutes while on standby.
- Be eligible for security clearance and have a clean criminal record.
- Be willing to adhere to Jettime's uniform policy (any visible tattoos must be approved in advance).
Your Journey Starts with Training
Your onboarding begins with a comprehensive, 4-week Cabin Crew training course at our headquarters in Copenhagen. The course is provided free of charge, and to celebrate your successful completion, you'll receive a bonus equivalent to one month's base salary. Employment is confirmed upon passing all exams and a final background check.

You will be employed under our Cabin Crew Collective Agreement (CLA), which includes:
- A structured annual base salary progression.

For experienced crew members (with 2+ years of experience), your starting position on the salary scale will be recognized above the entry level in accordance with the collective agreement.
