- A Full-Time Permanent Career: Dive into a stable, long-term role with all the associated benefits and opportunities for growth.
- A Seasonal Adventure: Embrace the summer sun! Work with us from May to October, then enjoy the freedom to travel, study, or pursue other passions during the off-season, with the option to return to your crew family the following year.
What You Bring to Our Team?
To join us, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 20 years old.
- Hold a high school diploma or have 2+ years of relevant experience in service or healthcare (e.g., nursing, hospitality, or customer service roles).
- Be fluent in Danish or Swedish, with strong conversational English skills.
- Be in good health: able to pass a medical exam, swim 200 meters, and meet the height requirement of 160–195 cm.
- Hold a valid EU passport with at least 6 months' validity.
- Live within a 90-minute commute of Copenhagen Airport (CPH) for standby duties.
- Be eligible for security clearance and adhere to our professional uniform guidelines.

Your Journey Begins With World-Class Training
Your adventure starts with a comprehensive, 4-week training course at our headquarters in Copenhagen. This course is provided free of charge, and to celebrate your successful completion, you’ll receive a bonus equivalent to one month's base salary. Employment is confirmed upon passing all course exams and a final background check.
