About the Role
As one of Air Arabia’s Cabin Crew, you’ll be the face of the airline both in the air and on the ground. Your mission is to make every passenger feel welcome and cared for while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism throughout each flight. You’ll handle everything from safety briefings and service delivery to assisting passengers and ensuring smooth onboard operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Attend preflight briefings and ensure you’re fully prepared, well-groomed, and flight-ready.
- Welcome passengers on board with a smile, help them with their seats, and make sure they feel comfortable and informed.
- Deliver safety demonstrations, handle inflight service, and assist passengers in line with company and aviation authority regulations.
- Stay alert and ready to manage any emergency or medical situation confidently and calmly.
- Promote and sell onboard products, meals, and the Charity Cloud program to help reach team sales targets.
- Conduct pre- and post-flight checks, maintain cabin cleanliness, and ensure supplies and catering are ready for every journey.
- Record flight reports, manage cash or card transactions, and assist in handing over to ground or maintenance staff when required.
- Maintain your training certifications and stay updated through regular safety and service refreshers.
Who We’re Looking For?
We’re seeking enthusiastic and service-minded individuals who are passionate about people and travel. Whether you’re a fresh graduate or have previous experience in hospitality, aviation, or customer service, what matters most is your attitude, adaptability, and professionalism.
Minimum Requirements:
- Age: 18–29 years (non-experienced) or up to 33 years (experienced crew)
- Education: High school diploma or higher; a diploma in travel/tourism is a plus
- Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in airlines, aviation, or hospitality is an advantage
- Technical Skills: Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
- Health: Medically and physically fit, able to swim with the help of a flotation device
- Appearance: Clear skin with no visible tattoos or marks while in uniform
- Height: Minimum 160 cm (female), 170 cm (male)
- Weight: Proportionate to height and age
