What We’re Looking For?
To be considered for our Cabin Crew team, you’ll need to meet the following requirements:
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Minimum height: 160 cm (no reach test required)
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Language skills: Fluency in spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Presentation: Excellent personal presentation and adherence to Etihad’s uniform standards (no visible tattoos or piercings; one earring per lobe permitted for females)
- Legal requirements: A clean criminal record and the ability to travel freely worldwide
- Compliance: Willingness to serve alcohol and comply with UAE & GCAA regulations
- Swimming ability: Ability to swim confidently using a flotation device
