We are searching for passionate, safety-focused individuals to join our inaugural Cabin Crew team. Your Role: Ambassador of the Skies
As a Riyadh Air Cabin Crew member, you will be the heart of our passenger experience. Your primary responsibility is ensuring a safe, comfortable, and memorable journey for every guest. Through our comprehensive training program, you’ll gain the confidence and skills to handle any situation with grace—putting safety first and delivering the warm, personal hospitality we call Hafawa.
From pre-flight preparations to post-flight goodbyes, you’ll be there to assist, reassure, and inspire—all while representing a brand that’s stylish, modern, and globally minded.
Who We’re Looking For

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Minimum height of 160 cm with ability to reach 212 cm
- At least 21 years of age
- Able to swim confidently with a flotation device
- Professional appearance with no visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform
- Willing to relocate to Riyadh and meet Saudi employment visa requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role
