Legend Airlines is looking for a Cabin Crew Training Coordinator to join our growing headquarters team in Bucharest. About the Role
As our Cabin Crew Training Coordinator, you’ll manage the entire flow of training activities — from scheduling and compliance to communication and record-keeping. You’ll be the link between our instructors, crew members, and leadership team, ensuring every training session runs smoothly and meets aviation standards.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Organizing and coordinating all cabin crew training sessions, both initial and recurrent
- Making sure all programs fully comply with Legend Airlines’ standards and aviation regulations
- Keeping accurate training records and tracking each crew member’s progress
- Assisting in the creation and improvement of training materials and operational processes
- Collaborating with internal departments and external training partners
- Handling sensitive data with professionalism and discretion
Work Schedule & Location:
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 (with a 30-minute lunch break)
- Full-time position based at Legend Airlines Headquarters, Bucharest

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with great attention to detail
- The ability to work calmly under pressure and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a team-focused mindset
- A proactive, analytical, and solution-driven attitude
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level – reading, writing, and speaking)
- Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality
