About the Role
As our Cabin Crew Training Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind every element of cabin safety, service, and compliance. You’ll ensure that every training session—from initial to recurrent—is delivered with precision, professionalism, and passion. Working closely with the flight operations and safety departments, you’ll align procedures, update manuals, and make sure Legend’s crews are always prepared, confident, and compliant with EASA and RCAA standards.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Lead and continuously improve all cabin crew training programs, ensuring excellence across safety, emergency, and service modules
- Keep training manuals (OM-D) accurate, current, and fully aligned with operational needs
- Coordinate with the NPCT and Crewing to plan, schedule, and deliver courses and checks
- Develop lesson plans and ensure they reflect both EASA and company standards
- Maintain open communication between cockpit and cabin to ensure operational harmony
- Supervise instructors, training schedules, and classroom readiness
- Track and maintain all training records with accuracy and attention to detail
- Evaluate crew performance during checks and recommend improvements where needed
- Continue flying duties to stay current and provide realistic, experience-based assessments
- Use technology to streamline training plans, reporting, and documentation
What We’re Looking For?
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of EASA regulations and airline training standards
- Proven experience designing and conducting cabin crew training programs
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- A current or recent Cabin Crew License (preferred)
- Confident use of IT tools for record-keeping and administration
- A natural leader who inspires, organizes, and ensures quality through teamwork
