Your Mission: To Cultivate a Culture of Safety and Expertise
As our Cabin Crew Training Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our cabin crew development program. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that every crew member is not only compliant with the highest safety regulations but is also fully prepared to deliver the professional, calm, and competent service that defines the Legend Airlines experience. You will bridge the gap between flight deck operations and cabin procedures, ensuring seamless teamwork and the highest standards of in-flight safety across our entire operation.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Championing flight safety by implementing, maintaining, and promoting rigorous cabin procedures and training protocols in full compliance with EASA and RCAA regulations.
- Collaborating closely with the Nominated Person for Cabin Crew Training (NPCT) to design, schedule, and oversee all initial and recurrent safety, emergency, and survival training programs.
- Developing, proposing, and updating the cabin crew section of the training manual (OMD), ensuring all lesson plans and training materials are current, effective, and aligned with regulatory directives.
- Organizing all internal and external training courses, managing course content, instructor allocation, and logistical coordination to ensure flawless execution.
- Maintaining meticulous and accurate training records in partnership with the Training Administrator, and recommending innovations in certification and record-keeping processes.
- Remaining actively proficient by performing periodic flying duties, allowing you to assess cabin crew competency with first-hand, operational insight.
- Utilizing strong computer skills to manage administrative tasks, records, and communications with efficiency.

We are looking for a proactive leader who combines regulatory expertise with practical cabin experience. Your background should include:
- An authoritative and up-to-date knowledge of EASA regulations pertaining to cabin crew training and operations.
- Proven experience in creating detailed lesson plans, training manuals, and conducting both theoretical and practical assessments.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to instruct, mentor, and provide clear feedback.
- A strong preference for candidates who hold an active cabin crew license and recent flying experience, ensuring your training is grounded in real-world operational reality.
- Solid computer literacy for managing databases, documentation, and digital training tools.
