What You’ll Be Doing?
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all passengers throughout each flight
- Delivering a professional, friendly, and engaging inflight service
- Managing onboard sales and contributing to revenue goals through excellent customer interaction
- Assisting passengers with seating, luggage, and general travel needs
- Working closely with your crew to create a fun, safe, and welcoming atmosphere onboard
Who We’re Looking For?
You don’t need aviation experience — just the right attitude and energy. We’re seeking people who are:
- Eligible to live and work freely across the EU and Ryanair’s network
- Between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”) in height
- Able to swim 25 meters unaided (and assist another swimmer if needed)
- Friendly, reliable, and adaptable to shift-based work (early mornings and late finishes)
- Confident communicating in English (both spoken and written)
- Passionate about travel, teamwork, and delivering great service
