Life as Buzz Cabin Crew is incredibly fun and deeply rewarding. You’ll be at the heart of the travel experience, ensuring every guest enjoys a safe, friendly, and smooth journey. While the role is exciting, it’s also demanding—safety is our absolute priority, and the schedule requires true flexibility. You’ll embrace early starts (sometimes as early as 5 AM) and late finishes (potentially until midnight), working a structured shift pattern. If you thrive on variety, love people, and have the stamina for an active role, you’ll find this career immensely fulfilling.
What You'll Bring to Our Team?
We believe the right attitude is everything. We’re looking for individuals who are:
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and genuinely enjoy interacting with the public.
- Customer-focused with a natural ‘can-do’ approach to service.
- Proficient in speaking and writing English.
- Hardworking, flexible, and possess an outgoing, friendly personality.
- Comfortable and adaptable to a shift-working lifestyle, including early mornings and late nights.
- Legally permitted to live and work in the EU without restrictions.
- Between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm) in height.
- Able to swim at least 25 meters unaided.
