Join Regourd Aviation as a Catering & In-Flight Services Coordinator
Are you passionate about aviation, service excellence, and the art of creating seamless inflight experiences? Regourd Aviation is looking for a dedicated Catering & In-Flight Services Coordinator to join our Commercial Department at Le Bourget. This is a key role for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and ensuring that every flight reflects the highest standards of comfort and hospitality.
About the Role
Based at our Paris office, you’ll be the central link between flight crews, suppliers, and internal departments—making sure every detail of our in-flight service runs smoothly. From planning menus and managing catering logistics to handling special VIP requests, you’ll play a vital part in maintaining our reputation for excellence both on the ground and in the air.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of in-flight catering, from menu selection and portioning to presentation and delivery timelines.
- Liaise daily with external partners—caterers, suppliers, and transport providers—to ensure service reliability and quality.
- Monitor stock levels of service equipment and coordinate with logistics teams to replenish supplies as needed.
- Prepare flight-specific documentation, including catering manifests and passenger service details.
- Manage and follow up on VIP requests, tailoring each experience to the client’s individual preferences.
- Track invoices and control catering-related budgets, ensuring accuracy and cost-efficiency.
- Maintain close communication with flight crews to gather feedback and continuously improve the onboard experience.
Work Environment
This is a full-time, office-based CDI position located in Le Bourget (ÃŽle-de-France). You’ll work standard office hours but will need flexibility to respond to last-minute operational changes—after all, aviation never stands still. Occasional travel to suppliers or airport sites may be required, and on-call duties during evenings and weekends will rotate within the team.
What You’ll Bring?
- Proven experience in the aviation sector—such as a catering agent, former cabin crew member, flight coordinator, air broker, or ground handling professional.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written) is required; French proficiency is a plus.
- Solid working knowledge of office tools like Gmail, Excel, and basic administrative software.
- Familiarity with food safety, hygiene practices, and aviation logistics.
- Excellent organizational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure.
- A customer-first attitude with flexibility, initiative, and strong communication skills.
Why Join Regourd Aviation?
Working with us means joining a company that values precision, service, and teamwork. At Le Bourget—the heart of French business aviation—you’ll be part of an international environment where your expertise truly makes a difference.
If you’re ready to take on a dynamic role that combines service coordination, aviation operations, and client satisfaction, we’d love to hear from you.
