    • Work hand in hand with the cockpit crew and ground operations to ensure every flight runs seamlessly.
    • Lead, motivate, and support your cabin crew team to deliver an exceptional onboard experience.
    • Oversee all inflight safety and service procedures, ensuring compliance with Chair Airlines’ and aviation authority standards.
    • Anticipate operational needs and organize cabin workflows to optimize passenger comfort and crew efficiency.
    • Manage onboard sales activities and handle administrative tasks, including flight and service reporting.
    • Represent Chair Airlines’ values of professionalism, warmth, and customer care on every journey.

    Who We’re Looking For?

We’re seeking an experienced Purser who combines leadership, charm, and composure under pressure. To join our team, you should have:

    • A completed school or vocational qualification
    • Fluency in German and English (Albanian or other languages are a plus)
    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
    • A professional, well-groomed appearance and confident communication style
    • At least one year of experience as a Senior Cabin Crew Member or Purser
    • A height between 158 cm and 190 cm
    • Good overall health and swimming ability (medical check required before employment)
    • A valid Swiss or EU/EFTA passport without travel restrictions

    What We Offer?

When you join Chair Airlines, you’ll enjoy a welcoming team culture and attractive employment conditions designed for long-term success:

    • Full-time or part-time contracts with modern roster options (5 on / 4 off or 5 on / 3 off)
    • Competitive salary from your first training day, plus sales commissions
    • Comprehensive and high-quality training
    • Flight benefits through MyIDTravel and partner discounts
    • Company-provided uniforms (including cleaning) and all required equipment
