About the Role
As a Flight Attendant with Azerbaijan Airlines, you’ll be the face of the nation in the sky. Your role is to ensure every flight runs smoothly, from boarding to landing, while creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for passengers. You’ll provide high-quality inflight service, handle safety responsibilities, and respond calmly to any situation that may arise.
What You’ll Do?
- Greet passengers with professionalism and ensure they are comfortably seated according to their boarding passes
- Monitor the boarding process, including the handling of baggage, cargo, and mail
- Deliver an exceptional inflight experience in line with company service standards
- Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure passengers understand all onboard procedures
- Provide first aid and assist passengers in case of medical or emergency situations
- Check the condition and readiness of cabin and galley equipment before each flight
- Maintain cabin order and ensure compliance with all onboard safety regulations
- Handle passenger inquiries or complaints tactfully, always aiming to maintain a positive atmosphere onboard
What We’re Looking For?
- Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan
- Aged between 20 and 35 years
- Completed secondary education or higher
- Fluent in Azerbaijani (written and spoken)
- English language proficiency at an intermediate level or above (IELTS, TOEFL, or other certifications are an advantage)
- Knowledge of Russian, German, French, or another foreign language is a plus
- A polished, customer-focused attitude with excellent communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to stay calm, professional, and solution-oriented in challenging situations
- Minimum height: 160 cm (female) or 170 cm (male)
