Your Mission: Ensuring Excellence at 30,000 Feet
In this vital role, you are entrusted with the complete in-flight experience, from seamless boarding to a gracious farewell. Your primary duty is to safeguard our passengers while delivering exceptional, thoughtful service that reflects our national pride and company values.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting passengers warmly and assisting with seating and cabin arrangements to ensure a smooth and organized boarding process.
- Upholding the highest standards of in-flight hospitality, from meal and beverage service to attentive passenger care throughout the journey.
- Conducting comprehensive pre-flight safety checks of the cabin and galley equipment.
- Delivering clear, confident, and engaging safety demonstrations, ensuring all passengers understand important procedures.
- Monitoring cabin safety at all times and being prepared to act calmly and efficiently in accordance with procedures during any unusual situation.
- Providing prompt and compassionate first aid assistance if required.

Your Profile: The Qualities We Value
We are looking for candidates who embody professionalism, grace under pressure, and a sincere commitment to representing Azerbaijan Airlines. To be eligible for consideration, you must meet the following requirements:
- Citizenship of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
- Age between 20 and 35 years.
- Minimum height of 160 cm for female candidates and 170 cm for male candidates.
- Completion of at least secondary education.
- Full professional fluency in spoken and written Azerbaijani.
- A confident intermediate level of English, with the ability to communicate ideas freely and clearly.
- A naturally customer-focused attitude, outstanding communication skills, and a proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
- Resilience, composure, and the ability to solve problems quickly in a dynamic environment.
Considered a Strong Advantage:
- Possession of international language certificates (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.).
- Conversational knowledge of additional languages such as Russian, German, or French.
