We are now looking for an experienced and people-focused Head of Cabin to join our team in Moosburg an der Isar. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented group of cabin professionals and play a key role in shaping the future of our inflight service culture.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As Head of Cabin, you’ll be responsible for leading, developing, and inspiring our cabin crew team. You’ll ensure that our service delivery remains world-class while maintaining compliance with both regulatory and internal standards. Your main tasks will include:
- Managing and supporting all cabin crew members, serving as their primary point of contact and mentor
- Ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and internal procedures
- Driving the professional and personal development of the cabin team through coaching and tailored training programs
- Developing and refining work processes, manuals, and quality management systems
- Enhancing communication and collaboration across key departments such as Crew Control, Crew Training, Sales, Dispatch, and Ground Handling
- Assisting with supplier management, including training contracts and service provider negotiations
- Liaising with authorities and partners such as airports and the German Federal Aviation Authority
- Handling various administrative and operational tasks related to cabin management
Who We’re Looking For?
We’re seeking a confident leader who combines operational expertise with a genuine passion for people and service excellence. Ideally, you bring:
- A degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related discipline — or equivalent training in personnel management or hospitality
- Experience in airline operations, HR leadership, or project management
- Strong background in VIP service or corporate aviation
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Fluent communication in both German and English
