About the Role
As a VIP Flight Attendant on board our Challenger 350, you will be the face of SPARFELL’s inflight experience. From ensuring comfort and safety to creating memorable, first-class journeys for our guests, you’ll play a key role in representing our standards of excellence. This position offers a unique chance to work in an exclusive aviation environment, combining service finesse with the professionalism required in business aviation.
What We’re Looking For?
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Based in Vienna or Innsbruck
- Fluency in German and English (German required); additional languages are an advantage
- Several years of experience in business aviation, or at least 1 year in First or Business Class with a commercial airline
- Strong background in fine dining and premium service culture
- A flexible, resilient, and well-organized personality with excellent communication skills
- Polished, professional appearance and impeccable manners
- EU passport and valid Class B driver’s license
