Your Role: Curator of the Elevated Journey
As a Sparfell VIP Flight Attendant, you are far more than a crew member; you are an ambassador of our brand's values. You will take full ownership of the cabin experience, managing everything from sophisticated meal presentation and curated amenities to ensuring the highest standards of safety and comfort. Your ability to anticipate needs, maintain impeccable composure, and deliver gracious, unobtrusive service is what will define the exceptional travel moments for our discerning clientele. This is a role of significant responsibility and unparalleled reward within the private aviation sphere.
The Profile We Are Seeking
We are looking for an individual whose professional demeanor is matched by a genuine passion for elite service. The ideal candidate brings:
- Current residence in or near Innsbruck, and a minimum age of 21 years.
- An EU passport and a valid Category B (car) driving license.
- Full professional fluency in both German and English (written and spoken); German is mandatory for this role. Any additional language is a valuable asset.
- Impeccable personal presentation, outstanding etiquette, and a naturally warm, anticipatory service mindset.
- Remarkable flexibility, resilience, and superb organizational skills to manage dynamic schedules and last-minute changes with elegance.
- A background in Business Aviation, or at least one year of service experience within Business or First Class in commercial aviation.
- Formal training in hospitality or a related field, paired with demonstrated expertise in high-end gastronomy, wine service, and premium service protocols.
