- Anticipating passenger needs by learning their preferences, allergies, and special requests
- Managing catering logistics—sourcing, shopping, and preparing items that reflect each owner’s unique style
- Keeping detailed records of passenger profiles, inventories, and cabin supplies
- Ensuring all cabin areas, lockers, and galley spaces are clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Proactively coordinating with pilots, maintenance, and inflight services to ensure seamless operations
- Setting up the aircraft for both private and charter flights, presenting it in pristine condition for every mission
- Traveling on domestic and international trips with occasional overnight stays
- Maintaining open communication with the inflight management team and adapting to changing flight schedules
What We’re Looking For?

- At least 3 years of experience as a Cabin Attendant in private or corporate aviation (Part 91 or Part 135)
- Previous experience on a large cabin aircraft—Global 7500 experience preferred
- Valid passport and driver’s license
- Current Food Handler Certification
- Emergency training certificate (completed within the past 12 months, including CPR/First Aid)
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations
- Residency within two hours of KBFI or KHIO bases
