Join Clay Lacy Aviation as a Global 7500 Cabin Attendant!

Clay Lacy Aviation has defined excellence in private aviation for over five decades. We are now seeking an accomplished and discreet Cabin Attendant to join the dedicated crew of a Part 91 Global 7500, one of the most sophisticated aircraft in the skies. This role is based in the Seattle (KBFI) or Portland (KHIO) area and represents a unique career opportunity for a true service professional committed to the highest standards of safety and personalized care.

This is a full-time, direct-hire position with an annual schedule of approximately 400 flight hours. We are looking for a seasoned individual who understands the nuances of ultra-long-range travel and the privilege of serving a discerning private clientele. To ensure the responsiveness our operation demands, candidates must reside within a two-hour drivable commute of the aircraft's base or be willing to relocate.

Your Mission: To Anticipate, Personalize, and Excel!

As the sole Cabin Attendant, you are the curator of the in-flight experience. Your primary responsibility is to seamlessly integrate impeccable service with unwavering safety, creating a flawless and personalized environment for the owner and their guests. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, from deeply understanding individual preferences to managing the cabin as a perfectly appointed, ever-ready sanctuary.

    A Day in Your Role:

    • Serving as the ultimate safety professional, rigorously adhering to all protocols while delivering gracious, anticipatory service.
    • Mastering the owner’s detailed preferences—from culinary tastes and allergies to specific amenities—and proactively updating profiles to reflect their evolving needs.
    • Managing the full lifecycle of cabin inventory: sourcing, shopping, stocking, and rotating all supplies, beverages, and catering to ensure freshness and readiness.
    • Conducting detailed pre-flight preparations, ensuring the cabin is immaculate, fully provisioned, and arranged to precise standards before every departure.
    • Maintaining owner lockers, linens, and all cabin equipment, proactively identifying any needs for repair or replenishment.
    • Coordinating with the Pilot in Command and In-Flight Services management to ensure seamless communication and operational excellence.
    • Representing Clay Lacy’s legendary standards during aircraft showings for potential charter clients.
    • Embracing a dynamic schedule that aligns with the owner's travel, which includes domestic and international trips with extended overnight stays.

    The Professional We Seek

You are more than an attendant; you are a hospitality executive in the sky. We require a minimum of three years of dedicated Cabin Attendant experience within private/corporate aviation (Part 91/135), with direct experience on the Global 7500 being a significant advantage.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Residency within a two-hour drive of KBFI/KHIO.
    • Valid driver’s license, passport, and Food Handler Certification.
    • Current emergency training certificate (including CPR/First Aid) from an approved facility within the last 12 months.
    • Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment background check and drug screen.
    • Flexibility to work on-call schedules, including weekends and holidays, adapting to the owner's travel needs.

    Your Core Competencies:

    • Discretion & Trust: You operate with the highest integrity and confidentiality.
    • Proactive Ownership: You anticipate needs, solve problems gracefully, and take full accountability for your domain.
    • Collaborative Spirit: You build strong, professional relationships with flight crew and management.
    • Resilient Excellence: You remain poised, organized, and customer-centric in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.

    A Commitment to Your Well-Being

Clay Lacy Aviation invests in you as you invest in our clients. This position features a comprehensive compensation and benefits package reflective of its senior level.

    • Compensation Range: $185,000 - $200,000 annually.
    • Premium Benefits: Fully paid medical/healthcare premiums and a company-matching 401(k) plan.
