Craft the Legendary Experience: Cabin Attendant for a Gulfstream G600 | Oxford, CT!

At Clay Lacy Aviation, we don't just operate aircraft; we steward an unparalleled standard of private aviation. We are seeking a consummate professional to join a dedicated crew based at Waterbury-Oxford Airport (KOXC), managing the cabin of a prestigious Gulfstream G600. This role is for an individual who views meticulous preparation, profound discretion, and anticipatory service not as tasks, but as the essential art of crafting a seamless, legendary journey for our discerning clientele.

Your mission extends far beyond the flight. You will be the steward of the owner's complete cabin experience, ensuring every detail—from personalized preferences to the pristine condition of the cabin—is perfected. This is a deeply integrated role, requiring a resident professional who thrives on ownership, precision, and building genuine trust.

Your Role: Chief Architect of the Cabin Journey!

As the sole point of accountability for the cabin, you will blend the roles of safety officer, concierge, and chief of details. Your work begins long before wheels up and continues after landing, ensuring every element reflects the Clay Lacy standard of excellence.

    Your Core Responsibilities:

    • Serving as the ultimate authority on safety protocols while delivering exceptional, intuitive service that feels both effortless and personal.
    • Mastering the owner's detailed profile—including culinary preferences, allergies, and specific tastes—and proactively updating these records to ensure flawless personalization.
    • Managing the aircraft's entire inventory: sourcing, shopping for, and stocking preferred items, conducting rigorous quality checks, and ensuring all supplies are fresh, current, and perfectly presented.
    • Maintaining impeccable organization of owner lockers, storage areas, and all cabin furnishings, including bedding and amenities.
    • Conducting thorough pre- and post-flight preparations, ensuring the cabin is spotless, fully provisioned, and arranged to precise specifications.
    • Proactively identifying maintenance needs or wear within the cabin and coordinating seamlessly with the Pilot in Command and maintenance teams.
    • Representing the aircraft during client showings, presenting it to the absolute highest standard for potential charter guests.
    • Maintaining a highly flexible schedule aligned with the owner's travel, which includes readiness for domestic and international trips with extended overnight stays.

    The Professional We Seek

This position demands a proven expert who understands the profound responsibility and privilege of large-cabin private aviation.

    Required Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cabin Attendant/Cabin Crew under Part 91/135 in a large-cabin private or corporate jet environment.
    • Must reside within a 2-hour drive of KOXC (Waterbury-Oxford Airport). This is a resident-based position, not a commutable or fly-in role.
    • A valid, unrestricted driver's license and an active Food Handler Certification.
    • A valid, unexpired passport and current Emergency Training certification (within last 12 months), including CPR and First Aid.
    • Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment background check and drug screening.

    Your Essential Skills & Mindset:

    • An unwavering commitment to safety, discretion, and integrity.
    • The ability to work autonomously with exceptional judgment, while maintaining seamless communication with In-Flight Services management and the flight crew.
    • A proactive, problem-solving orientation and the ability to prioritize complex tasks in a dynamic environment.
    • Supreme organizational skills and a relentless attention to detail.
    • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and to safely handle loading/unloading of provisions.
    • Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and holidays, adapting to the owner's schedule.
