Clay Lacy Aviation is seeking an experienced and highly professional Cabin Attendant to join our Gulfstream G600 team based in Oxford, CT. This is a full-time position for someone who thrives in private and corporate aviation and is passionate about providing an exceptional, personalized experience for our clients. You will be the heart of the cabin, managing everything from inflight service and cabin preparation to inventory control and client-specific requests, ensuring every flight reflects Clay Lacy’s legendary standards.
What You’ll Do?
As a Cabin Attendant, you will oversee the entire inflight experience, delivering seamless service while strictly adhering to all safety protocols. You’ll become familiar with each owner’s preferences, including dietary needs and special requests, maintaining detailed passenger profiles and updating aircraft inventory records regularly. You’ll organize and maintain owner lockers, cages, and office areas, while preparing the aircraft with amenities, catering, and supplies to ensure a flawless cabin presentation. Your responsibilities will also include sourcing and stocking requested items, coordinating cabin maintenance issues with the Pilot in Command, supporting aircraft showings for potential charter clients, and adapting to flexible flight schedules. Regular travel, including overnight stays both domestically and internationally, will be part of the role.

Essential Skills and Competencies
You must be able to comply with all safety requirements and operate independently with minimal supervision. The ability to prioritize tasks, multitask in a busy environment, and maintain professionalism under pressure is critical. Physical stamina for standing and walking extended periods and comfort working in all weather conditions is required.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of three years of experience operating under Part 91 and/or Part 135 in a large-cabin private or corporate jet. You must reside within a two-hour drive of the KOXC base, possess a valid, unrestricted driver’s license, active Food Handler Certification, and a current, unexpired passport. Current Emergency Training certification (including CPR and First Aid) completed within the past 12 months is required. Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, as well as Clay Lacy Aviation indoctrination training upon hire.

Compensation: $180,000–$200,000 with fully paid medical and healthcare premiums
