Join Our Team: Cabin Crew Administrator in Karachi!

Are you a seasoned cabin crew professional with a passion for mentorship and a keen eye for operational excellence? Fly Jinnah is looking for a dedicated Cabin Crew Administrator to become the backbone of our inflight team. This is a pivotal role where you'll ensure our crew members are supported, compliant, and empowered to deliver a safe and exceptional travel experience for our guests.

Based in Karachi, you will be the crucial link between our cabin crew, management, and operational departments. If you are a natural leader who thrives on ensuring smooth processes and developing talent, we encourage you to apply.

    Your Mission

To ensure our cabin crew team is fully supported, legally compliant, and operating at the peak of performance, in line with both Civil Aviation Authority regulations and Fly Jinnah's standard operating procedures.

    What You'll Be Responsible For?

    • Crew Support & Compliance: You'll be the go-to person for our cabin crew, assisting with their journey from onboarding and performance assessments to welfare matters. A key part of your role is ensuring every crew member is always "fit, ready, and legal" to fly.
    • Policy & Procedure Management: Take ownership of all Cabin Services documentation, ensuring manuals and policies are consistently up-to-date and accessible to the team. You'll be the primary point of communication for any policy changes or updates.
    • Performance & Quality Assurance: Conduct daily pre-flight briefings and random post-flight checks to monitor adherence to SOPs. You'll audit everything from grooming standards and cabin appearance to the boarding process and in-flight service, providing constructive feedback to help the team excel.
    • Roster & Operational Oversight: Work closely with the Crew Planning team to monitor flight rosters, ensuring fair and compliant manpower allocation. You'll help manage shortfalls and ensure our operations run smoothly.
    • Training & Development: Play a hands-on role in the ongoing assessment and appraisal of crew members. You'll help identify future leaders, recommend refresher training, and contribute to the selection and upgrading of Cabin Crew to Supervisor roles.
    • Onboard Revenue & Service Quality: Partner with catering and duty-free stakeholders to review sales performance and customer feedback. You'll use data and crew reports to help enhance the customer experience and identify opportunities for revenue optimization.

    The Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for an experienced professional who brings both operational knowledge and a supportive, coaching-oriented mindset.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • A Higher Secondary Certificate or Diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
    • Must hold an active Cabin Crew License from the respective Civil Aviation Authority.
    • A minimum of 4 years of experience as Cabin Crew, with at least 1 year in a Senior Cabin Crew or Cabin Supervisor capacity. Experience with a low-cost airline is advantageous.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills being essential.
    • In-depth knowledge of CAA regulations, SOPs, and IATA security standards.
    • Fluent in English and the local language(s).

    Skills & Personal Attributes

    • A composed and balanced personality, capable of handling difficult situations with focus and diplomacy.
    • Excellent planning and time management skills, even in a fast-paced environment.
    • A proven ability to train, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to others.
    • A customer-service oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Dependable, with high levels of initiative and a presentable appearance.

You are someone who takes ownership, displays genuine enthusiasm for the role, and is committed to contributing to the team's and the company's strategic goals.

    Ready to Make an Impact?
