Launch Your Aviation Career in Helsinki with Jettime!

Are you a people-person with a passion for service, looking for a role where no two days are the same? Jettime is excited to recruit new Cabin Crew members for our dynamic base at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. If you thrive on variety, embrace flexibility, and want to be part of a team known for its genuine, cheerful spirit, this is your opportunity to take flight.

At Jettime, you'll play a vital role in delivering safe and memorable journeys. We operate as a trusted supplier of aircraft and crew for major Nordic airlines, including SAS, Finnair, and Air Greenland, as well as leading charter partners like TUI. This position begins as a 6-month fixed-term contract until 31.10.2026, with excellent prospects for transitioning to permanent, full-time employment for the right candidate.

Your Role: Creating Safety and Smiles at 30,000 Feet

Your primary mission is to ensure the complete safety and comfort of our passengers. Beyond safety procedures, you'll be the face of our warm, "can-do" service—transforming routine flights into positive, memorable experiences for every guest. You will be employed directly by Jettime Oy and will operate from our Helsinki base, with a schedule that truly reflects the exciting nature of aviation.

What Your Life as Jettime Cabin Crew Looks Like?

    • You'll work on a roster published at least 14 days in advance, covering all hours, days, and holidays—this is far from a traditional 9-5 role.
    • Embrace the adventure of frequent layovers, spending consecutive nights away from Helsinki at various Nordic destinations.
    • Join a close-knit crew community that values great fellowship, social activities, and creating lasting memories together.

Do You Have the Jettime Spirit?

We're looking for resilient, adaptable, and service-hearted individuals who bring positivity and professionalism to every flight.

The ideal candidate is someone who:

    • Is genuinely service-minded, flexible, and maintains composure under pressure.
    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts effortlessly to changing situations.
    • Is punctual, efficient, and possesses strong situational awareness.
    • Works brilliantly in a team but can also take initiative and work independently.
    • Is highly attentive to passenger well-being and the overall cabin environment.
    • (Previous cabin crew experience is beneficial but not mandatory.)

To qualify, you must meet these essential requirements:

    • Be at least 20 years old.
    • Be fluent in Finnish and English; proficiency in Swedish is a strong advantage.
    • Hold a high school diploma OR have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in service or healthcare (e.g., as a travel guide, receptionist, nurse, or shop assistant).
    • Be in good physical and mental health to successfully complete training and meet the role's demands.
    • Pass an aeromedical examination and provide a clear drug & alcohol test prior to training.
    • Have a height between 160-195 cm.
    • Possess a valid EU passport with at least 6 months' validity at the course start.
    • Be able to swim at least 200 meters unaided.
    • Reside within 90 minutes of Helsinki-Vantaa Airport (HEL) for standby duties.
    • Be eligible for security clearance and have a clean criminal record. You must be prepared to provide verifiable documentation of your activities and employment for the past 5 years.
    • Adhere to Jettime uniform policies; any visible tattoos require pre-approval.

Your Pathway to the Cabin: Comprehensive, Sponsored Training

We invest fully in your success. Your 4-week training will be held at our headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. Jettime provides:

    • Accommodation in Copenhagen for the course duration.
    • One set of return tickets between Helsinki and Copenhagen.
    • Lunch provided on training days.
    • A course free of charge.

The training includes essential modules in first aid, safety, service, sales, and aviation theory. All exams must be passed to graduate. Upon successful completion, you will receive a completion bonus equivalent to one month's base salary, followed by your employment contract.

    Rewards & Conditions

You will receive a competitive package that includes:

    • A fixed base salary.
    • Per diem allowances and compensation for holiday, Sunday, and nighttime work.
    • Comprehensive occupational healthcare.
    • Terms and conditions under the Jettime Oy Cabin Crew collective agreement.
